Arby's - Menu

This location used to be really nice. Seems like it has went down hill. Service is extremely slow and after waiting for your food in the drive thru it is still cold. Too expensive for this kind of experience.

Worst restaurant in Ellettsville. Took an hour to to get 6 peoples food out. Has two people working. One comes out sees people in the drive thru and says “oh we’re closed we close at 9”. Online says they close at 10.

This restaurant is a genuine spot, but the limited hours and absence of breakfast options are quite frustrating for me. Additionally, the potato cakes are quite basic. The waiting times, even for quick bites, tend to be on the longer side. I hope things improve, so I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. View menu

The sandwiches here are quite large, especially the Arby's cheddar and the Bark with their signature sauce, which is drenched in flavor. However, the prices have become quite high lately. What used to be 2 for $5 has now risen to 2 for $6 and then to 2 for $7, which just feels like it's too much. It's a bit disappointing.

I visited when it wasn't too busy, but I noticed a sign on the menu board indicating that you would be closed tonight due to staff shortages. It's unfortunate to see this. With everything happening in the world right now, it would be great if more focus could be placed on creating job opportunities rather than contributing to chaos.

We got two philly sandwiches and a beef n cheddar. Normally I love Arby 's. But the meat tasted off, was barely lukewarm and both me and my significant other got sick within a day of eating here. The only one who didn 't get sick was our toddler (she had the chicken nuggets . Over priced, low quality and the person at the window wasn 't very friendly either. View menu

Management and team doesn’t seem to care about serving anyone at all in a timely or friendly manner, food is good but this location desperately needs help. For reference I waited at the ordering window for 10 minutes, 45 minutes total wait time. I have worked fast food and I would’ve been fired on the spot for letting someone wait ten minutes at the speaker, management is to blame.

It was okay. my server behind the counter was great. then the layer manager led him to change in his drawer for the drive by $100 bill. after that the thing was witnessed with other customers. I've been in food service for 25 years, 20 years as manager and I never encourage this behavior. the layer agent would have had to wait until my transaction was 100% complete and cash drawer closed. then they break a big bill.

Not possible to get lunch if you only have 30 minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is here, maybe they won't hire people at a living wage or perhaps won't work with people on the amount of hours? The lobby is closed and the drive through takes over 15 mins with two cars in front of you to just get your food. Not necessarily the fault of the few employees working, but this location is not doing well. Update; I'm sure the automatic, generic reply is nice for some, but I honestly don't appreciate a robot telling me how to contact another one to get some amount off of a purchase in the future.
