The food was delicious, and the staff was very welcoming. However, we ordered a medium shake with whipped cream but received a small shake without any whipped cream instead.

I highly recommend trying the Curly Fries and Roast Beef! Both items are exceptional and well worth the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my overall visit, especially the quick service. I just picked up my food a few minutes ago from the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I wasn't told my total at the speaker or the window, and the greeting was barely there. I wasn't given the option for whipped cream on my shake, and I only realized there were no napkins in my bag after I had already left.
