"I have consistently had issues with this restaurant's order accuracy. Whenever I try to order more than one type of cheese, they only include one. Additionally, when I order drinks for two people, they always only provide one, and this time they even got the drink type wrong. I won't be ordering from this place again."

"The front entrance doesn't do this restaurant justice. The paper shade on the door was ripped and i looked closed. But when you walk on the servers were welcoming and the inside was nice and clean. We had a great experience. I drank a French Connection and my wife and friends had the Margaritas. Our food was prompt. I had the beef tacos which were ok. My wife had a shrimp quesadilla that she loved and the children enjoyed the fries. My friend had the taco salad. That was good and the chicken quesadilla was enough for 2 children to share. We will visit again."

"Horrible costumer service and horrible management. Spoke to the “owner” about a online order mistake looking for a refund before they made the food. The “owner” said he was not going to do anything because it’s my fault?? Absolutely not. The food was yet to be made, and I was not driving over an hour away while 35w pregnant to pick up an order this man refused to refund. This happened on Thursday April 18th around 4-5pm. I will be taking further action because this is absolutely ridiculous."

"I was disappointed to find that they charge extra for cheese on a veggie sub, even though it comes with no meat! There are no real options for vegetarians; just two slices of cheese, which feels like just one piece cut in half. Overall, the vegetarian choices are really lacking. I ordered takeout and spent between $1 and $10 per person."

"My husband tried the enormous fried chicken sandwich with pickles, a spicy seasoned mayonnaise, and a buttery bun. He said it was incredible! I need to take a moment to rave about the cole slaw—it was the best fast food slaw I've ever had! The cabbage was fresh, crispy, and finely diced, mixed with julienned carrots and a creamy dressing that wasn't overly sweet. It tasted homemade, and I wish I had the recipe for that dressing; it was fabulous! I would definitely return just for that slaw—it was that good! Kudos to the slaw makers! I give the cole slaw a solid 5 stars! On a less positive note, the iced tea was lukewarm instead of cold. I even requested extra ice, but it didn’t help—yuck! The service was quick, but there were some issues. We ordered three drinks, and they were all watery and warm—with no straws included. We also asked for barbecue sauce and butter, but the bag was missing those items. All we got were a couple of napkins, and considering we had fried chicken, we needed more! We had to park and go inside to pick up utensils and the other missing items. In summary, while the fried chicken and biscuits were average, the sandwich was great (I'm a big fan), but I’ll definitely be dreaming about that cole slaw! No kidding!"

"Don't know what is going on with all the McDonald's in the area but their food is starting to suck. I think I will not be going to any of them for a while. Spicy chicken is plain nasty and the fries wasn't cooked all the way. Edit: I sure doesn't take much to put a smile on the face and tell a customer how much their total is and what window. It is always a guessing game some days. But when they don't like their job and it runs out to the public. There is a problem. But yet some of the managers display the same attitude. I understand that business doesn't have people knocking their doors down for a job but those who are working maybe fake a smile and loss the attitude."
