"Dining at Armondo’s is always a treat! The service is always excellent, but come for the chef’s incredible food. My family and I went for dinner on a Thursday. We were lucky enough to have our menu decided by the chef, who chose an incredible 5 courses. Our first course was delicious fresh baked focaccia with olive oil and balsamic to dip. Our second course was the most perfectly cooked piece of charred octopus with potato, chorizo, and pickled carrot that tied the entire dish together and brought brightness to the dish. Our third course was caprese salad with fresh, juicy summer tomatoes topped with smoked salmon. Our fourth course were our entrees, and they were each perfectly cooked, balanced, and flavorful. I had the most incredible veal chop with a risotto croquette in rosemary demiglace with sweet pea purée. I don’t usually eat veal, and was floored by how much I enjoyed this dish. I’m still dreaming about it. My father had tender rack of lamb with purple potatoe purée, carrot confit, goat cheese mousse with a sherry and cherry reduction. He didn’t speak the entire time he was eating this dish, solely focused on the food, which was the true sign of how much he enjoyed it. He did pause to give me a perfect bite, making sure I had a taste of each component of the dish. It was amazing. My mom had the most perfectly cooked piece of halibut I’ve ever had with amazing saffron créma and risotto. She ate the entire plate, no leftovers were had! She ate it so fast I didn’t have time to take a picture. Chef finished our meal with a beautiful dessert platter with chocolate cake, cheesecake, and limoncello cake tying a beautiful bow on one of our most memorable dining experiences yet. Make sure to add Armondo’s Winter Park and Chef Daniel’s food to the top of your list of restaurants to visit! It’s quickly become a go to place of ours."

Skyrocketed to one of our favorite places to eat, absolutely delicious food. Loved the pizza, salad, and pasta. Pizza one of the best I have had in Orlando. Everything tastes fresh, made in house. Also, be sure to ask for Joseph as he was exceptional.

Very very loud, no ambience at all. We had to ask for bread….. The veal Marsala was extremely salty and was disgusting! Our waiter never came by the table until we were done. We told him about the dish being salty and he asked us if we wanted desert……….

here to start not even the typical Italian food is good; The food is reheated, the cream in my dessert was contaminated with a refrigerator flavor, they give you unfiltered water so that you can buy bottled water because of the flavor, the typical tiramisu is very bad without mascarpone and coffee; That is, fundamental ingredients of a tiramisu are not clear with the prices, the sides are not included. As for the drinks, they literally serve you by eye and it tastes horrible.

This place has gone downhill. Have been coming here for years and ordering arancini appetizer and asking to have cheese melted on top. This time chef refused to melt cheese on top. Really?! How hard or demanding is that request? Last time we came tried to make reservations but phone was busy. Tried for a while and decided to come in person. They ended up being booked up. They said only have one landed line and it’s always busy but we just have to keep trying. Guess they don’t care enough to get another line or care about customers. Sad.
