The elderly woman assisting me at the register was extremely kind, even when she informed me that they had run out of a particular item. I particularly enjoyed the mini hot dogs!

First time in 3 years I’ve gone to auntie Anne’s. Was very stale. For almost $8 for pretzel nugs, not worth it at all. Probably the last time in my life I’ll go to auntie Anne’s.

Asked for a pretzel with cinnamon sugar. Lady today PACKED 2 full layers of sugar. Nothing but gritty crunch even after banging the bag and pretzel to get the packed on sugar off. Spitout first bite and threw the remaining whole pretzel. What a waste! Will not be back to this location. View menu

If you get there early, you will have to order what you want. This is a good thing tho because then the pretzel is fresh. They are a pretzel shop but only have a select few pretzels ready. Went there at noon, got a salted pretzel, it was so hard I had to throw it away. Get it when they are fresh and they are great.

The staff were quite rude during my visit. I requested smaller portion sizes, but they refused despite it being listed on the menu. Unlike other places where you can get a meal for under $10, here, they don't offer a meal option, and the prices are nearly $13, which isn't worth it. Additionally, the pretzels were soggy from the excessive butter they use. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The location in Manassas Mall tried to sell me something I didn’t want. They didn’t have regular pretzels and only had the bites so instead of just informing me that it would take a certain amount of time the cashier spoke in a different language to the baker and then told me it would take 15-20 minutes to make and if that is something I wanted to do. I replied, “yes, I don’t mind waiting bc it’s been a long time since I had one.” They only took 7-10 minutes maybe to make the pretzel and then the lady is talking in a different language staring me down and the cashier is laughing telling me my pretzel is ready and in a humorously undertone asks me if I wanted anything else.
