Worse service ever. I love the pretzels are normally awesome but a little stale and the service was super unfriendly. Very rude and won?t ever visit this store again. So sad because I have come to expect so much more from this company

Decided To Stop By While Shopping Around 5pm , There Were Absolutely No Pretzels I Was Told The Wait Time Is 45 Mins . I Doubled Back Was Told They Were Only Selling Small Cups . I Ordered 2 Cinnamon Nuggets That Had NO Sugar ... Also TheLemonade Was Unavailable. What A Waste Of $10 .

Rude and don?t want to work just want to be on their phone why would you have a menu if you don?t want to do what a client order ?. We went in today with the kids while shopping and doing the Halloween trick or treat. Went in here and ask for the Almond flavor bites or pretzel, she said we don't have either. So I ask the kids looks like you can have plain or cinnamon. One girl fixedthem and the very small girl, dark hair with glasses. Slams the bag down in front of my kids and I mean slams it. We will NEVERBE BACK. How rude. If you hate your job don't work there. Sorry we disturbed you by ask for a flavor that wasn't already fixed.You should be fired.

Today when I entered there was this white blonde girl, I believe she had a nose piercing and looked to be around eleven, super young and short. Upon entering she had been hitting a vaping device, which for one is very concerning considering her young age,something the establishment should be considerate of. She also seemed to be upset about taking my order which had only been thecinnamon nuggets, nothing complex. If customer service is this low, the establishment should consider improving if they want tocontinue having business.

I just stopped by the outlet mall for a pretzel and unfortunately there was very little to choose from. Ended up getting pretzel bites. Anyways, the staff here today were kids with teenage attitudes and I was not in the mood for that on this particular day. The staff also was acting like they didn?t want to work and they certainly weren?t making more pretzels it seemed. Everyone with their arms crossed.. WE JUST WANTED A PRETZEL! At one point, there were four workers present, but the place was dirty, with trash everywhere, and they didn't have any ice cream for drinks. Only plain pretzels were available. The management seems to be lacking because with four workers, you'd think they could keep the place clean. There were only five customers at the time, and yet two staff members were in the back, leaving one hardworking girl to juggle everything. On a positive note, the pretzel was as good as ever, but the overall experience was marred by the dirty environment, a broken door, and the lack of basic items like ice and a varied menu. We genuinely love this place, and we just hope they can show some care and attention to...

Extremely slow service actually unbelievable even though it doesn't look understaffed. Staff all look confused and are working in slow mo. Manager is standing around in slow mo too just talking talking talking at her staff and not actually helping berating them in front of customers for burning the pretzels. People keep leaving the queue because it is taking forever. Queue is literally not moving. Manager seems so incompetent and everyone's complaining about her. People are irritated and more are leaving. She will be the death of this place. Pretzels are burnt and so hard, if you threw them at a bird, it would cause some damage. Super disappointing. I went here today and after waiting 10 minutes in line (only 2 people were ahead of me) I decided to leave without ordering anything. NOTHING was made at all and ready to go. 15-20 minutes to wait for pretzel dogs, 12-15 minutes for salted pretzels. However she told me cinnamon pretzels were almost ready and I could have those or they could make them plain... ? The lights and screens were completely turned off, only 2 people were working so I'm assuming they're under staffed like everyone else is right now, but that doesn't excuse the fact that everything was filthy inside as well.
