"Speed of service has drastically dropped recently. Not sure if new owner or what but store has 1 or 2 customers, I placed a mobile order. Go a few minutes after the time told to pickup and they didn’t even take my order off the receipt printer yet so had to wait for them to make it from scratch. Not a great way to spend the 15 minutes to go grab lunch while at work. The 2 customers in the store were waiting longer than I was, and were asked by the employee what they would like to order, even though they had already followed up twice to see what was taking so long. Not sure what’s going on here but this is not the first time it took this long. Won’t be back"

I had a wonderful experience at this little mall. My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be air conditioning, which made it quite hot! The pretzels were warm and fresh, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant is located on the upper level. View menu

I stopped by today, desperate to feed demons who demanded a dozen pretzels of me. The staff here had every right to tell me to get lost but instead I got my pretzels and some laughs about the urgency of my dozen pretzel requirement. Thanks for being awesome. The pretzels were great, so was the service.

Ordered mini dogs about 15 minutes ago. I was told they would be ready in 10 minutes. Returned to counter to hear someone ordering the same being told 10 minutes. When I questioned if there were any in the oven I was told not yet. In the meantime, I had watched the pretzel maker make at least 2 trays of pretzels. Grrrrrrr
