"My wife and I came a week ago to a promotion-free pulp of T-Mobile Tuesday. I had Aunt Ann as a child and I was excited because I wasn't long and I had forgotten how much I liked her. We showed the man at the switch of our coupon who had a countdown timer, and he said he couldn't put it in the computer after the timer had begun. We tried to redeem on the Aunty Ann?s app and it said only usable in the store (clear that it is a valid Aunt Ann?s coupon code). We continued to declare that it was valid and he said there was nothing he could do. He called his manager and she said they only accept the voucher on Tuesday, I read and showed the man the fine pressure that said we had the whole week to redeem the voucher and everything he said was only Tuesday. Almost a week later we went to another aunt Ann?s and they gave us a pulp without any questions and were even nice enough to give my wife her pulp, even though her countdown timer was over. I'll never get back to this store and encourage others to do the same. In addition, we used the online comments privately for managing this memory and never apologise their answer, only she said it addressed."

I strongly advise against requesting anything from this establishment; it seems they are unwilling to fulfill their responsibilities.

My opinion on this place is mixed; there are times when it's great, but I've also had some terrible experiences. Lately, it has been good.

Horrible customer service. I stood at the register and the two employees both looked at me and turned their heads. I stood there for a few minutes until I opened my mouth and was inquiring about an order. That?s when they told me nothing was ready andeverything had to be cooked. This was at 11:20. am on 9/25/2021

Terrible customer service. I stood at the register and watched as two employees looked at me and then turned away. I waited there for a few minutes before finally speaking up to place my order. They informed me that nothing was ready and everything would need to be cooked. This was on September 25, 2021, at 11:20 AM. View menu

Terrible customer service. I stood at the register while two employees simply looked at me and then turned away. I waited for several minutes before speaking up to ask about my order. That's when they informed me that nothing was ready and everything still needed to be cooked. This happened at 11:20 a.m. on 9/25/2021.

This is a review of Auntie Anne's pretzels located inside of Walmart Store at 10200 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge La. I ordered 3 pretzels. 1 sweet almond pretzel and 2 original pretzels. They had to be made fresh which took 8 minutes. I expected threegolden brown pretzels covered in toppings. The pretzels I received were very sad, skinny, soggy and misshapened. They wereflimsy and undercooked. There were some portions that were still raw. The price for three horrid pretzels no drink or extras was$13. Not worth it. I had to throw away the raw parts. Not the Auntie Anne's you remember. You could likely do better in your ownkitchen.

I visited Auntie Anne's inside the Walmart at 10200 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, LA, and ordered three pretzels: one sweet almond and two original. They were freshly made, which took about 8 minutes, but I expected three golden-brown pretzels generously topped. Instead, the pretzels I received were thin, soggy, misshapen, and undercooked, with some parts still raw. They were flimsy and unappetizing. The total cost for the three disappointing pretzels, without any drinks or extras, was $13—definitely not worth it. I had to throw away the raw sections. This is not the Auntie Anne's I remember; you’d probably do better making pretzels yourself at home. View menu

This is a review of Auntie Anne's Pretzels located in the Walmart at 10200 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, LA. I ordered three pretzels: one sweet almond and two original. I expected them to be freshly made, but unfortunately, they were ready in just 8 minutes. I was anticipating three perfectly golden-brown pretzels topped generously, but instead, I received very disappointing ones. They were thin, soggy, and misshapen. The pretzels felt flimsy and undercooked, with some parts still raw. I paid $13 for these three subpar pretzels, with no drink or extras, and it definitely was not worth it. I ended up having to throw away the raw parts. Remember, Auntie Anne – you could do a lot better right in...

My wife and I visited Auntie Anne's a week ago to redeem a free pretzel promo we got from T-Mobile Tuesday. I was excited to revisit since I enjoyed their pretzels as a kid. However, when we showed the coupon with a countdown timer to the man at the counter, he said he couldn’t process it once the timer had started. We then tried redeeming the coupon through the Auntie Anne’s app in-store, but were told it was only valid on Tuesdays. Even after showing the fine print stating the coupon was valid all week, he insisted it was only good on Tuesdays. Almost a week later, we went to a different Auntie Anne’s location and had no trouble redeeming the coupon. The staff there were friendly and eve...
