"Called not once but twice. The first time,I was greeted with Hello? Like I dialed wrong,I had to ask, ' is this Aurelio 's? ' The girl response was 'umm,yeah hold on, ' then she hung up.I redialed, wanting to speak to the manager,instead another girl answered,I explained what happened,so she instead asks her fellow employee if she answered and why she hung up? Really? I also asked if they delivered gave my address the response: Never heard of it... I was so fed up,I said I 'd order elsewhere if this is the service right from the get go I can only imagine what our order was going to be. This cost them a lot of money tonight."

I really enjoy Aurelio's, but unfortunately, this location doesn't match the quality of the ones in Illinois. I tried visiting three times, and each time the service was either poor or nonexistent. I won't be returning.

If you're looking for a place where you can be completely overlooked while waiting for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant, this is it. The waitress attended to a table that arrived after us, and eventually, we decided to just get up and leave. This place has really gone downhill, and I won't be coming back.
