"The woman at the counter was extremely rude for no apparent reason. In the short ten minutes we were there, there were several instances of unkindness. One example happened when she asked my friend and me if we were paying together or separately. My friend hesitated for a moment and looked at me for help deciding. The woman then replied in a condescending tone, "I'm just asking if you're paying together or separate," which made my friend feel embarrassed and upset. The store was nearly empty, so there was no rush that could explain her attitude. When it came time to place my order, I kept my emotions in check, but by the end of the interaction, she noticed I was unhappy and claimed it was me who had the bad attitude. Having worked in a similar establishment, I know that this is not how we treat customers, no matter what the situation is. I've also seen other negative reviews about the service here, indicating that this behavior is a recurring issue. I would recommend avoiding this place if you want to leave feeling good about yourself. I certainly won’t be returning."

This place deserves zero stars. I went yesterday to pick up an order and was greeted by an incredibly rude woman. She made a face and rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, she didn't even pack the hot drink properly, so I had to put it in a bag myself. It was a horrible experience with disgusting staff—I'll never spend my money here again!

The woman behind the counter likes to force people to repeat her supposedly friendly greeting back to them, before she will consider serving them. However she greets in an unfriendly manner herself, service is extremely slow, they don’t like to provide bags or cupholders for takeaway. Everything annoying about this place. Dunkin Donuts is literally right next to it and sadly is better too.

It's a hit or miss place.. Sometimes they are great and friendly, sometimes they are rude as hell.. Food looks great. But Sometimes it takes so long. Poor girl with the glasses is left alone sometimes to do everything..cook, register, clean, supplies, but she's very nice. And when they do give her some help in the front, but with some rude old people.. And the uber/grubhub drivers that deliver for them have to wait so long and leave them last.. Listen, anyone who complains about the service in these reviews is either overly sensitive or just wanted to take their time when it was their turn to order. The main woman working here is fantastic at her job; she never makes mistakes with our orders and is always super efficient. I've been ordering from here for years, and I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. If you're looking for a straightforward experience with an authentic and DELICIOUS New York bagel, this is the place for you. Just relax and enjoy your incredible bagel!

I have been coming here for a few months now, but will no longer come to this place. The lady who works at the front counter is super rude and always acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. She gives you a blank stare as you’re ordering making it seem like she’s bothered taking your order. They also messed up my sandwich forgot to put salt pepper and ketchup. When I came back in and asked nicely for them to just add salt pepper and ketchup, she handed me salt pepper and ketchup packets.
