"Very disappointing. We came due to the high ratings. This is the first restaurant review I have ever posted. Unfortunately , my experience was so poor that I had to warn others. We arrived, and requested bread for the table. 35 minutes later, our entrees came out, still no bread. I ordered the pasta with shrimp and clams, for 28$. I quickly noticed there were no clams , and brought it to the attention of the server. He apologized and said the kitchen ran out, and that they had given me “extra” shrimp, he had just forgotten to tell me. There was one extra shrimp if ANY , according to the photos posted online.He stated he would give me a discount on the dish, which ended up being a crisp 5$ bill. It’s been a whole hour and the bread still has not come out . When we asked for the fourth time he told us he didn’t know what to say, and that he keeps getting yelled at by the kitchen staff. As we look around and see tables that had JUST sat down receive bread. Terrible experience. We left hungry, agitated, and with a 150 dollar bill. (We ordered no drinks) . Will not be back"

"Don't think the food is worth the prices. Got the pork gorgonzola and it wasn't bad but def salty. And, my fiancé said his burger was super salty. We had a better burger the next day at a run of the mill restaurant. It took forever for not only food to come but also for drinks to come so that was annoying. Took over an hour for food. Also bread only came when they took our order which sucks since we were waiting for a while. I had a really good drink though, the nutty hibiscus margarita. It was very yummy."

"This restaurant is outstanding; both the food and service are phenomenal. I held my daughters' event here on September 7, 2019, and the reception hall was absolutely breathtaking. The quality of the food and service was impeccable, and our guests still rave about the wonderful time and memories we created there. The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that our guests were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for dinner or for any special occasion!"

"When we entered there was a strange odour in the restaurant. Can't really place my finger on it but it was unpleasant although I do have to say that we quickly got used to it and never bothered is the remainder of our meal.A very busy but very orderly little diner. Our server attended to us very quickly and was very friendly and helpful when we asked some non-restaurant related questions. Ordered a western omelette with a side of bacon. Omelette was okay but my bacon was deep fried. What's up with that? I usually pour maple syrup over my bacon but the syrup on the table was gross. It was very thick and unnaturally sweet. It was probably some form of corn syrup. Avoid the syrup if you can.For a typical small town American diner, this place meets our even exceeds all expectations. Busy but friendly staff. Okay food. Relatively inexpensive. Cash only."
