"This review is specifically for food delivery, which I usually use Uber eats. The past three times I have ordered the blueberry pierogies and the potato latkes and All three times the sour cream, applesauce, and whip cream Were all missing. I called the restaurant to double check if those things were included and they are, so it’s an error on their part. There’s not much I can do except contact Uber Eats to credit my account. The food here is really really really good. I just wish that there was more attention to delivery orders because this is happened time and again and it’s honestly discouraged me from re-ordering in the future. When I called to ask about the issue, the person on the phone was very apologetic and polite, but there’s nothing they can do. I’m giving them a four out of five because the food is really good but I don’t think I’ll be ordering delivery here again."

Super tasty. The place is very nicely decorated. My bill tip ended up being around $26 for 9 pierogies and a Diet Coke.

They have selection of sweet and sour dumplings. I only had a chance to try out potato dumping with sour cream and sauté onion in top. View menu

My first visit and will be back again. Very good pierogies. But I wish there were more filing options. We drove by and picked up. But next time will eat in as the dining area looked nice.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere with comfy seating and nice vibes. The pierogies speak for themselves! You HAVE to get at least a couple sides! Definitely recommend the onions and bacon. Family owned and it shows! Would come here twice a week if I lived in NYC!

It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t go again. The beef goulash was tasty but too salty. The boiled pierogies were not bad but too cold and swimming in butter. The cucumber salad provided a nice acidic res-bite to the richness of the other dishes. The service was pleasant and the decor was comfortable. View menu

Absolutely amazing little gem that my boyfriend introduced me to. The food is amazing with so many different options and sides, this along with the staff being so kind and attentive makes the experience very good. I usually get the fried mac and cheese pierogies with fries and love it each time. The only downside is the location is somewhat small so it may fill up fast if they are busier than usual, but of course you can take them to go.

These pierogies are light, fluffy and delicious. The restaurant is simple, but cozy. They are one of the few places where you can get sour cream, apple sauce, and caramelized onions to put on top and have a delicious festival of flavor in your mouth. They also sell bags of frozen pierogies to take home! I had Mom's Favorite Pierogies (farmer's cheese) and they were awesome.Vegetarian options: There are some pierogies that have meat and some larger menu items that have it, too. However you can choose the style of pierogies and the toppings. They also have vegan sour cream if you choose just to get the potato pierogies.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
