"Parking is limited but there is some in the back if you can figure out how it works... I guess you can't park straight, they recommend parking at a diagonal. The bartender made a customer go back out and re park. Restaurant booths/seating needs to be updated but the bar area is updated and looks inviting. Not thrilled to hear MANY customers requested to have hooks under the bar area for purses but the owners don't care and have dismissed all requests to do so. Not cool because it is an inconvenience for women. We had a $17 nacho appetizer and a $14 chicken fritter appetizer. What an absolute disappointment! I am saying that kindly. The chicken fritters were not fritters at all but were told they were just double breaded tenders. The nachos looked and tasted like ball park nachos: round corn chips with zero flavor, Pace Picante salsa, canned jalepenos, the cheese tasted like Rico's gourmet nacho cheddar cheese sauce and the pulled pork was super dry with no BBQ sauce. These were appetizers and glad we skipped on entrees since these starters were a failure. Yes the bartender asked if all was good and I lied saying it was because I was too hungry to wait on something else. Service was friendly but bartender did eat in front of customers not a recommended practice if you are trying to run a good business. I was anticipating a delicious meal because the name and logo looked amazing but it was a total let down. I would NOT recommend this place nor will I come back."

$16 for 6 wings and 4 veggie slices? Outrageous. I mean, they were delicious but that just seems like a lot, in my opinion. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

"I have eaten here a few times over the past few years and every time it’s worse and worse. The service was AMAZING!! Staff were super friendly, although we got the feeling everyone including us were being rushed out. My partner got the baked ziti, but it wasn’t cooked the same way we have had it before, it was completely different and my carbonara was NOT good. I have had carbonara numerous times at many places and never has it been smothered in mozzarella. The star of the dish is supposed to be the bacon in my opinion and this was noodles with cheese with little sprinkles of mushrooms and bacon. When the owner asked if it was good I told her no. When it came time to check out she still made me pay for it because it wasn’t the kitchens fault that I didn’t like it. What was mind blowing to me is that if I purchase something and i don’t like it or want it, I can return it to that store and get my money back. But I spend $100+ and can’t get my meal taken off because it wasn’t even cooked remotely close to authentic carbonara. The staff make me want to come back, the owner makes me scared to come back because if I order something else and don’t like it I’ll have to pay for it again… how am I supposed to know what I like from there if I don’t have a million dollars to taste everything on the menu to find something remotely authentically Italian?…not worth it in my opinion. The servers should take their shine somewhere else that won’t lose customers because the owner is desperately trying to stay open and robbing people of a good dining experience."
