"Ordered a lox bagel, cinnamon bun and blueberry muffin, everything was hard and dry. Based on the packaging the muffins are made somewhere else, guessing the bun was too. Which is fine as long as it tastes good, but it didn't. Nothing tasted like it was made today, even the lox, althogh it didn't taste spoiled it didn't taste super fresh either. Wouldn't reorder."

Rude staff, mediocre food. You can find better bagel places around. Skip this one.

A welcome addition to the area. Quick service with great bagels and good coffee drinks as well.

It’s Bagel Nest, for the record. My first time here even though I’ve been in the neighborhood for over five years.

The staff at the counter is unfriendly and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is not welcoming. I do not plan on returning in the near future.

Tons of lunch and breakfast options here, and I went with the brooklyn classic on a zaatar bagel. It was so good, definitely a really great bagel or sandwich choice if you're in the area. View menu

The smoothies at this restaurant are not consistent and do not actually contain yogurt as advertised. Instead, they are heavily orange juice based. Unfortunately, I am allergic to oranges and ended up getting sick after consuming one.

I ordered the toasted everything bagel with butter and a coffee breakfast special, and it was absolutely delicious! The bagels are freshly made and they are quite generous with the butter. The restaurant has limited seating and no bathroom, but there are outlets available under the small tables. It's a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat and then head out.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
