Lots of vegan bagels. Vegan cream cheese plain and a flavor-Italian. If they have the flavored option, go with this. Also have hummus and PB&J. The veggie bagel is a great way to go, although it is fewer veggies than a vegan would like to see. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-10

There are plenty of vegan options for bagels at this restaurant, including various spreads like two kinds of cream cheese and hummus. They also offer oat milk for coffee. My favorite type of bagel is one that is firm and crisp on the outside, yet soft on the inside - not like the cake-like bagels you may find at Noah's.
