"We have visited this restaurant numerous times and usually have a great experience. However, tonight was a letdown. I ordered a large snow cone that had barely any syrup; it was mostly just ice. I called to address the issue, and they offered to replace it. My wife went to pick up the replacement, but unfortunately, she encountered quite a bit of attitude from the girl at the window. When she finally tasted the new snow cone, it was drenched in syrup to the point of being soupy. I am very dissatisfied with the service we received, and I'm even more disappointed by their response to our concerns. I will be looking for a corporate contact to report this incident."

The thin ice options are delicious. I love being able to still enjoy treats on a hot day.

The snow cones here were really good...the parking lot, however, is what nightmares are made of!

Went here for the first time. They have 5 different sizes and so many flavors and toppers you can customize. They even have some custom sodas too. They even have 2 Bimini Ring games on the outside seating area. Overall good experience. View menu

I hate to be one to complain. But the parking was small and they took a long time at the drive thru. Plus my husband didn't get what he ordered. He repeated his order 3 times. And he still didn't get the Cookies and Cream shake that he ordered. The Cookies and Cream Shaved Ice was okay. I won't be coming here anymore. It was my 1st time there

I did a mobile order so we didn?t have to wait, we waited 15min past the pick up time and even after I asked about our order 5 minutes into waiting. My order was placed in the back for some reason so they went to get it when I asked the second time. By then it was melted. The entire time the staff was talking and joking around while we waited.

No wait to order. Took over 30 minutes and they had canceled out half my order. One guy had been there almost an hour and was waiting on one drink out of the 5 he had ordered. I had to tell them he had been there long before me. They need to STOP canceling out orders until they have actually been made and they need to make them in the order they come in and STOP jumping ahead to other orders. The staff was all nice. They just need to get it together and FOCUS. View menu

This is my absolute favorite spot for sno cones, without a doubt. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings, and you can even add ice cream to the bottom of your cup! But that's not all—they also offer smoothies, Red Bull infusions, frozen coffee, and other delicious treats. I love going here anytime, not just during the scorching summer months. There's usually a line, but the staff is quick and efficient, ensuring it moves along swiftly. They are always friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend this place—12 out of 10!

I love snow cones, and they had the fluffy kind and so many flavors and toppings. Mybwife knows I like snow cones so she brought me here for our wedding anniversary hahaha, it was a nice and cheap celebration. Those little snow cones trucks are always hit or miss. It was my first time here my wife used to go in high school. Feels wierd reading snow cones but this is maybe the 4th best place I've had a snow cone, I'd give it a 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars. I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Parking could be better it was very small and awkward I think if they shifted the spaces a bit it could work much better.

"Easily my favorite bakery in LA!!! Being French, I feel like it's so hard to find good authentic French bakeries but Lou sets the bar soooooo high! No other bakeries have topped Lou's. The croissants are *chef's kiss*, they're flaky, buttery and taste delicious EVERY TIME! I also like their chocolate bread (pain au chocolat) and eclairs, though the eclairs are much sweeter so if you're into that, definitely give them a try! I really love how they are consistent with their pastries. There was never a time when I was disappointed. Now keep in mind they get very busy on the weekend, the wait can be long like 20 mins, especially if you order sandwiches (which by the way, are delicious too and worth it!!! I tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and would highly recommend them). I think they run out of baguettes after 1pm or even sooner sometimes so if you want baguettes or sandwiches, definitely show up earlier. Even their drinks are so good, I always get their vanilla latte and once again, it tastes delicious e-ve-ry single time! Wanna know another thing I love about this place? The service! Every time we ordered sandwiches and the wait was long, they'd give us a heads up before finalizing our order in case we wanted to skip the sandwiches. One time, there was a mixup which resulted in us getting our sandwiches later than expected so to apologize for the wait, they offered us a croissant * * You will also often see Lou, the chef and owner, walk around and say hi to his customers. He may even sit with them and chat for a few minutes. He seems to know a lot of people in the neighborhood and that's actually how it is in France. Bakeries are in every corner and we love our bakers! Anyway I know this is now a super long review but I only have amazing things to say about this place, their food, the chef and the staff. I just wish they'd open every day"

"Deja Vu Cakes is a fantastic bakery that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious treat. This family-owned bakery is run by a husband and wife who bake everything on-site, and their commitment to using only all-natural ingredients with no artificial additives is admirable.I visited this bakery on St. Patrick's Day, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. They had a fantastic selection of seasonal cupcakes displayed top-level of the display case that are beautifully decorated and a sight to behold which included the St. Patrick's Day cupcake with a gold coin on top. The St. Patrick's Day cupcake was a red velvet cake, colored green, and topped with a gold chocolate coin. The frosting was creamy and rich, and our daughter loved it.The Bailey's cupcakes had some alcohol in them, and they were a real treat. The frosting was creamy and rich, and the cupcakes were moist and flavorful. We enjoyed every bite. The bakery's prices are also reasonable, ranging from 4-5 dollars per item. The shop itself is cute and has a welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and hospitable staff that makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Deja Vu Cakes and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and friendly bakery.I highly recommend Deja Vu Cakes for their excellent customer service, quality cupcakes, and commitment to using all-natural ingredients. If you're looking for a delicious and welcoming bakery, this is the place to go."
