"The best pizza and wings I have found in southern OR (grants Pass Medford area) BUT... Blonde lady with her hair up in a bun likes to feed herself behind the counter and talk with food in her mouth to customers standing at the counter. I don't care if she knows them, if she thinks it's slow or whatever... that's a HUGE TURNOFF in my mind. I know what it's like working in this business... GO ELSEWHERE to eat! NEVER in view of customers!!! Also... my server left, was not around for the last 20 min of my meal. I had a credit card sitting on the receipt my original server (brunette) had brought to my table. I was waiting for her to come and take it to cash me out but she disappeared. I went to the bathroom, back to the table then the counter and asked the blonde for a to-go box and she handed one to me that I saw a large table of 7 people pass around and return un wanted to the counter. She just grabs it and hands it towards me like there was nothing wrong with it. I told I didn't want that one (covid and all) so she smirks as she has to go around the corner to get another. She never asked if my meal was OK but took my money, she even took an order from another table right by me but just left me sitting there like I'm not her problem. Really bad look for them but hats off to the cook!"

They must prefer to stay partially closed. While most restaurants expand outside, Baldini's has closed their patio to outside dining. Former regular customer.

They have the Best Broasted Chicken hands down in Grants Pass ! But that's the only thing I can recommend have tried a few other dishes on the menu not impressed. Staff super friendly .

As someone who grew up in the Chicagoland area I am kinda picky when it comes to pizza. I cannot believe we are SO lucky to have probably the best pizza we have had since moving to Oregon in 2010?right here in Merlin?! You guys rock! Good food. I had breakfast the last couple of times. Very filling! It's been awhile since I've had lunch there, but I remember it was equally good. And it's got a very CHEERS vibe. Ordered Prime Rib for takeout last Friday. It was a very nice sized piece for the price. However I requested medium rare and got medium. Very tough, marbling only on the cap. Gristle running through out my piece. Having history as a meat cutter I suspect it was an inferior grade? I was disappointed! The baked potato was spot on! I?ll stick to their fried chicken and pizzas they?re outstanding!!
