"Holy moly I have never been to a restaurant more unprofessional, dirty, and mean. The server never spoke to us, lazily pointed at a table for us to sit at, we had to call him over to get service (twice), and even then, did not speak to us, the Hoison sauce was rancid, the lemonade was served in a kids cup, and the vibes of the restaurant was more depressing than the server himself (which I doubt is possible). He also cursed under his breath when he was reorganizing some utensils. AWFUL AWFUL place. It's disappointing cause I used to come here all the time when I was younger I'd get the tendon pho and come here with my mother. But now, I'll never step foot here again. I actually left early because of how horrible everything was. If the owner is reading this, PLEASE change your interior decoration, your server protocol, and clean this place up."

Looking for Pho in the Pedro, Lomita, Torrance? This is pretty tasty. We've tried others in the area and were not impressed. Thumbs up ? Bamboo Song

The food was mediocre. The Vietnamese crepe doesn?t taste like anything but oil. The pho was alright, but the broth isn?t rich or doesn?t have much flavor. Inside isn?t too nice either.

Even though it may not be authentic Vietnamese Pho it was delicious to me! The spicy noodle soup was so flavorful and the peanut sauce for the spring rolls was the best I've had, I'm craving some right now. View menu

Have been going to this place for at least 15 years. When I was pregnant, it was all I could think about and now this is one of my son's favorite places to get pho. The pho is so good and the broth is consistently flavorful.

Ordering for delivery will get you a massive chilled and congealed lump of Pho. After adding the broth you will try to separate the noodles?but they immediately tear apart so you get short 1-2 inch pieces of noodles. Might as well put it through a blender.

The restaurant is low-key and offers phở, but it doesn't really impress. They are one of the few places that require vaccination cards, so I had to go back to my car to grab mine. I likely won't return, as there are many better phở options nearby. Also, using plastic spoons for dining in? Seriously? View menu

For a place thats quiet and serves phõ, it isn?t anything special. They are also one of the few spots that requires vaccination cards, so I had to walk back to my car and grab mine. Most likely not coming back, plenty of better phõ places nearby. Plusthey serve plastic spoons for dine-in phõ like really?

Best pho I've had to date! Amazing food, great quality, great prices, many options, excellent service, and very fast service. We ordered and within 10 minutes they had freshly made our two large servings of pho! We ordered extra spicy and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone who loves pho.

"My experience on this website was extremely unpleasant. Using open table I booked what I thought was a reservation. Upon arrival to the location, I am informed that not only is this restaurant/ location not affiliated to the opentable website; but wait time would be approximately 1 hour. Despite having received an email from open table confirming a “reservation”, BJ’s Restaurant at the Del Amo Fashion Center refused to validate booking and seat our party. Management at this establishment, at the time of expected service “Chris” confirmed booking through the website was only a “quote” of the expected time of service. I was assured nothing could be done since the restaurant was full low staffed. It’s important to note that I have dined at this location on several occasions, and was not nearly as busy compared to past visits. We were encouraged to wait, our party was seated within 15 minutes. Please note my review is based on booking through this website, and the miscommunication between open table corporate BJ’s Restaurants and managing staff. Our waitress was lovely, and the restaurant accommodated to our party as they could. I want to believe that BJ’s is no longer affiliated to open table, and if this is the case please REMOVE THE RESERVATION OPTION. It’s extremely disappointing to use this service only to be let down."
