"I was so excited that this location existed after visiting the location in Lowell but this location was a HUGE disappointment. The lack of customers going in on a saturday should have been my red flag. The aesthetics of the place was pretty in comparison to its sister location. However, the che was so bland...we got a bean combo, avocado smash, and jackfruit and all three had no flavor. For its price, it was not worth it at all, especially since there was no flavor to anything, not even the jackfruit. The toppings were minimal. The waffle was also blank and rubbery. Spend your money somewhere else where you'll get something to taste and eat. Would not recommend this place to anyone to get che or waffle."

Totally different combinations from other tea houses. Loved the uniqueness of their flavors and how creative they get with their drinks. We always make sure we stop by when in the area??

I would give you an honest review if this place was open when it was supposed to. Was there at 11:45am for 11:00am opening and it was closed! Either open or post the hours that you're supposed to be open.

I ordered a coconut combo. Was so excited till the drink came out. I went to the cashier to ask why it doesn’t look like the picture. They refused to fix the drink. Poor customer service. The drink costed me $9.95 plus tax and it doesn’t even taste good. Just syrup and bunches of green jelly tastes like nothing. Will never come back. View menu

The mango smoothie with mango jellies is my go to ?‍? for dessert, I definitely recommend the Tiramisu (the chocolate cake and cheesecake have been recommended to me as well). It’s not as fluffy and soaked as I like it, but the taste of the cake &espresso are amazing together. The rewards program are definitely worth it too, I love upgrading to a large drink for less money!

The drinks are a hit or miss. The place is pretty small. Service was fine. We got the Bambu Refresher and the real Fruit n basil seed tea. Bambu Refresher was decent. I wasn't a fan of the texture and favor. The Fruit basil seed tea on the other hand was phenomenal. It was very favorful. The strawberry and peach were perfect in it. Next time, I will just stick with the mangonada. It hasn't disappointed me yet View menu

So this is my second time going there, first time I got a smoothie. It was not good at all. It had no flavor it was just water and really thick. This time I decided to get a salted caramel frappe, to see if any improvements. Well it had no taste and after a couple sips, it turned very thick, I couldn?t even sip it through the straw. Texture was terrible, look at the pictures. I wouldn?t recommend it unless you are trying to waste money for fun.

I was still in favor, even though the price of drinks was very high. I won't come here again after today. With customer inquiries, they serve in a very bad and rude way.The transaction is between the seller and the buyer and is supported by a third-party bank. And of course, I could contact my bank, but the way she glared at me was very rude. The way she spoke was as if it was my fault and she had no obligation to care and listen to her client's concerns. I felt it was pointless to argue further with her attitude so I didn't want to waste any more time on that conversation and decided to leave. Her customer service style is really bad and unprofessional.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
