"This food truck is popular, so it's recommended to pre-order online to avoid waiting. There is no particular ambiance to note. I ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp along with some crab Rangoons. The chicken was very tender, although I suspect it was dark meat. While everything tasted good, unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the food. I am unsure what caused it, but it made me sensitive to other allergens for weeks. The food truck is located in an abandoned lot that also functions as a makeshift parking lot for customers. If you pre-order, it's best to park closer to the road for easy access. Overall, the food was satisfactory but not enough for me to risk experiencing another allergic reaction."

I can only say that it is super hibachi eating and sushi from a trailer and it is addictive as the hell! I've eaten four times in the last two weeks. so good it is. enjoys!

eating is really good. Actually, I didn't know what to expect from the food truck hibachi, but I was very pleasantly surprised. the price is very good for the large portions they receive, and the eating itself was very delicious.

Would have been even better had I not just paid for rice. Ordered the hibachi steak meal. Got a side of veggies, a side of steak and a full course of rice. Sushi crab rolls were good but meal wasn't worth 20 dollars. So I leave about 3 stars. Oan yum yum sauce was very tasty.

never order them through eats! I once tried and made a terrible experience. driver canceled (5 total,) waited for over 2 1/2 hours and had to cancel the order. waited a few months, and decided to give him another shot, tried again order. the food was ordered around 19 o'clock, they close at 10 o'clock and the exact same. that is so disappointing! that makes me believe it is not over, but the restaurant has problems. So, not order this place drough an absolute service!

In town for Music City football bowl game and found this restaurant on Yelp. Huge sushi rolls for great price, spring rolls, and hibachi noodles/salmon. Largest portions of any sushi we ever had, fresh and tasty. The hibachi ok where salmon was a bit hard and overgrilled and huge portion of meh rice was the down side of our order. Are the egg rolls pre-bought? Nonetheless sushi worth the wait. Looks like old gas station location and you order, wait in car by the ex pump stabds for when your pager buzzes. Went on Thursday eve and waited about 15-20 minutes. On our top sushi places.
