"I love quality and prices. I order regularly. but in the last months this particular situation on uber eats has failed enormously. twice I ordered the dinner of them only to drive through 8-9 drivers before I cancel my order. they do not answer their phone and it seems that this practice is ok or unnoticed by the administration. I usually introduce a reorder from the Glendale location for a higher delivery fee and note that they are faster and also focus a bit more attention on the presentation instead of packing meat next to a rice ball. if management or property reads this, I ask that they fix this problem or provide at least one communication. my Uber driver just sent me the following message: hallo, I don't know how their order is not finished yet, it would have been picked up 4:50 and his yet not ready, none of the items are ready, I am so sorry about the inconvenience, his not my fault I also lose time, but I won't cancel it or something, I won't bring her food to worry, thank them so much to understanding."

The food and service were great. It is a loud ambiance but it’s expected from sports bars. This is not my scene but I would take a to go order next time.

This place is disgusting, nasty old saggy food, just look at the photos provided! Stay away from this dump! I’m having the health department investigate them asap! Possible food poisoning.

The servers were inattentive and it took at least 30 minutes to receive a drink. They forgot to place an order for a food item we ordered, which we never received. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I'm was very to surprised to see these reviews after visiting. While the restaurant is small, the food was fresh, fast, and cheap! We stopped in on a Saturday evening after seeing the $1 Wow specials. $1 Sake, wine, or beer for happy hour! The food we ordered was quick and much better and fresher than we expected given the price point. Overall a nice little place for some quick and fast sushi and drinks. View menu

2 times at this place and both of them were terrible! do not recommend that this place is rude to all employees, they will forget and then the fault that their system is broken and their order was not placed after more than 30 minutes waiting. I asked for a refill 3 times and they never brought it out. overall disappointed in this place and in the administration to tolerate this behavior from their servers. the maid server I started the problem needed a training to treat customers because the way she acted and talked to me was ridiculous? 0/10 saves the effort and go to bdubs or somewhere else because they will be disappointed. the location in pasadena would not have provided this service, s...

I unfortunately had a negative experience at this restaurant. Upon arriving, the hostess ignored me and it took her 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Despite informing her of my reservation, she seemed confused and walked away after a simple "OK". It wasn't until a waitress approached me 10 minutes later that I was finally seated. I mentioned the hostess's behavior to the waitress, who didn't seem to care and offered no apology. Despite the nice service from our waitress, the hamburgers were small for the price and the beers were incredibly expensive at $13.50 for a small mug. In the end, I paid $35.00 for a tiny hamburger and a beer, along with the rude service. This establishment is more of a s...

"Easily my favorite bakery in LA!!! Being French, I feel like it's so hard to find good authentic French bakeries but Lou sets the bar soooooo high! No other bakeries have topped Lou's. The croissants are *chef's kiss*, they're flaky, buttery and taste delicious EVERY TIME! I also like their chocolate bread (pain au chocolat) and eclairs, though the eclairs are much sweeter so if you're into that, definitely give them a try! I really love how they are consistent with their pastries. There was never a time when I was disappointed. Now keep in mind they get very busy on the weekend, the wait can be long like 20 mins, especially if you order sandwiches (which by the way, are delicious too and worth it!!! I tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and would highly recommend them). I think they run out of baguettes after 1pm or even sooner sometimes so if you want baguettes or sandwiches, definitely show up earlier. Even their drinks are so good, I always get their vanilla latte and once again, it tastes delicious e-ve-ry single time! Wanna know another thing I love about this place? The service! Every time we ordered sandwiches and the wait was long, they'd give us a heads up before finalizing our order in case we wanted to skip the sandwiches. One time, there was a mixup which resulted in us getting our sandwiches later than expected so to apologize for the wait, they offered us a croissant * * You will also often see Lou, the chef and owner, walk around and say hi to his customers. He may even sit with them and chat for a few minutes. He seems to know a lot of people in the neighborhood and that's actually how it is in France. Bakeries are in every corner and we love our bakers! Anyway I know this is now a super long review but I only have amazing things to say about this place, their food, the chef and the staff. I just wish they'd open every day"

"As an Italian, I can confidently say that nothing about this place felt authentically Italian to me, aside from a slideshow on the television and the appealing decor. A true Italian restaurant welcomes guests with warmth and hospitality. Initially, the busboy informed me that he needed to check with his manager about seating me. After some time, she approached me and seated me, and the busboy promptly ensured I had water. However, things went downhill very quickly from there. The service was atrocious, with the staff being either curt or outright rude. The only exception was the busboy in the mask, who was genuinely sweet and considerate. I have allergies to alcohol and vinegar, and when I asked several questions, the manager, who was also my waitress, confidently assured me that the artichokes were fresh and grilled. She insisted that I had nothing to worry about regarding my allergies. Sadly, this turned out to be a complete lie. The artichokes were definitely not fresh; they tasted canned or jarred, and the claim that they were grilled was simply untrue. The moment I took a bite, I could tell there was vinegar in it, causing an itchy and burning sensation on the roof of my mouth. When I got up to find the waitress and express my concerns, I was met with defensiveness. The worst part was when she admitted she couldn’t comment on the artichokes because she didn’t eat them herself, and she couldn’t get clear answers from the cooks, only that they were imported. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her dismissive attitude and lack of knowledge. Ultimately, she offered to remove the dish from my bill but insisted that these were special imported artichokes. To me, this felt like being gaslit. I continued to stress the seriousness of my allergies after just one bite of the dish. I asked her why she would serve me an artichoke if she wasn’t sure about its marinade and why my questions weren’t being answered by the kitchen staff. I was left feeling frustrated and more than tempted to leave, but out of respect for my main dish order, I decided to stay, expecting my meal to arrive soon. I ordered chicken piccata and specifically requested that no wine be used due to my severe alcohol allergy. The waitress informed me that the cook wanted me to know it wouldn’t taste the same, which was fine with me. I saw other patrons who came in after me receiving their steaks and pastas, while I sat waiting for nearly an hour. Eventually, I asked a male waiter for an update on my dish, only to be told that it needed to cook. As if I didn’t already know that. When my chicken piccata finally arrived, I was starving. I wanted to scream! I had mentioned my hunger when I arrived, yet it seemed like they either didn’t serve bread or didn’t care to offer any. I had to get up to ask for Parmesan cheese since no one bothered to offer it to me like they did for the other tables. No one ever checked on how my meal was going; I had to approach the counter to pay. As I looked around, I couldn’t believe how generously everyone else was treated, while I felt completely ignored. As I write this review, I’m dealing with a painful stomach ache, rehashing the experience in my mind. I can't understand why I wasn't asked if I needed an appetizer or dessert, or if my allergies were worsening. Nothing! To add insult to injury, my waitress apologized for the long wait after bringing my chicken, claiming it was due to accommodating a larger party. I honestly can’t believe I left a tip. I’ve never been so relieved to leave a restaurant. I will never return to this place, and I recommend that you don’t either. UPDATE THE NEXT DAY: I confirmed there was indeed alcohol and/or vinegar in my food. An hour after writing my review, I was doubled over the toilet all night. This quickly escalated into dehydration and a severe migraine. My throat and nose started closing up, and I nearly had to use my EpiPen. With allergies, reactions can be immediate or delayed, and mine come on slowly but then escalate quickly. I am absolutely miserable today and had to call off work. I am changing my rating from two stars to one star."
