"Wow. Blown away. I ordered catering for 16 people and loved everything about our order. We got pulled pork, barbecue chicken, beans, potato salad mac and cheese and everything came packaged well, hot and delicious. The potato salad definitely stood out. It was one of the best we have had in a while. Even the beans were so so good! Definitely will be ordering again. Thank you so much!! Wish I took better pictures these were screenshots of a video I quickly took before everyone started eating. but trust us! This was good food"

Basil and Bones was part of our first annual Spring Fling/Food Truck event in our neighborhood. Of all the trucks at our event Basil and Bones had the longest line and all of our residents raved about their food. We can't wait to have them back again next year!

Chicken was amazing. The rub was perfect. Brisket was also great. Potato Salad was different, but not like you won't get invited to the cook out different. Mac'n Cheese was creamy and delicious. For randomly being on a road trip stopping based on the smell and the giant pig in the front, it was worth it.
