Battle Born Social - Menu

we came last weeks after the walk. we ordered two dishes from the menu and shared. eating was really good. the coffee encrusted bark roast was incredible. impressive, tasteful and funny.

BBS.. the staff is fantastic! The food is great! The beer options are not consistent! My first visit I was blown away by the different breweries you had on tap... I went in last night to show a friend and you guys had 2 beers on tap total. Im hoping it was a fluke. Carson City NEEDS a cool beer spot that isn't a dive. Keep it up! :

A wonderful meal and a tasty glass of voigner. Battel Born is right in the middle of the best of Carson City retail district. This area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and lots of great events and activities. My entree was an excellent bowl of spaghetti in an olive oil, garlic base with sauteed peppers and sausage. My mom and I went for dinner, but were disappointed to find that they only serve their vegetarian and vegan options at lunch time, not at dinner. So we improvised and just ordered the bread pudding... and it was amazing! We’d love to actually dine here, because the lunch menu looks so good, but being vegetarian there are no options for us after lunch hours are over!

Husband and I stopped in for a drink and some food... The burger was awesome. My husband had a 4oz steak with risotto and some wings, which he demolished. They have some board games which is pretty cool... We played Mindtrap (OK, we read the cards too each other). I would not bring my kids here, as it was a more adult vibe (which is totally OK... We know it's a parents night out thing) we will definitely come back

This restaurant offers incredibly unique drinks and fantastic food, making it a standout spot in the heart of Carson City. It truly feels like a hidden gem! The drinks are unlike anything I’ve experienced before, and the food is absolutely delicious. We mainly stuck to appetizers since we had eaten beforehand, but they were so fresh and amazing! What a fantastic menu! The small plates are incredibly creative. Although it is a bit pricey, it's a wonderful and fun experience trying new combinations. We tried the Klauenmac 'n cheese, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. The shrimp dish was abundant and flavorful. The espresso served over a bed of risotto was surprising but somewhat bland; it could use a stronger glaze or perhaps a bit more seasoning on the brisket. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which adds to the overall experience.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! We live in Reno, decided to make Carson City our destination for the day. Hours at the Navada State Museum (also a great stop) and decided to try Battle Born before heading home. We starterd with the Battle Born Brussels and crispy shoestring potatoes both were great with the balsamic bacon Brussels being the BEST we have ever had. We then savored an Asian beef and braised pork taco and really enjoyed the perfectly balanced spiciness of the Asian beef. And we shared a grilled romaine. Bottom line, the food was stellar! Then you add gracious and friendly staff/management/owners and we decided we would absolutely drive to Carson City to enjoy again! A deli...

We had the opportunity to eat here on a date. There are so many things to do down town and this place is within walking distance. I almost never give a bad review but the food was just so awful. The service was amazing but the food... We had tacos, fried pickles, and hush puppies. The tacos were like small street tacos, they looked fantastic! BUT the tacos were so freaking spicy I couldn't taste the food. I like spicy food A LOT. So much so, that I eat sriracha and Tabasco by the spoon fulls but these were so loaded there was no way anyone sensitive to spicy food could have eaten it.
