Best chicken around—you have to try it all. The food is amazing. However, the greeters and servers are often rude and seem bothered when you dine in. Great food, but the service needs improvement.

Food , amazing and fresh as ever. Service takes a while as amazing as the food is it's super understandable why it takes a little longer but I don't care it's worth WORTH IT. Ambience is nice and super cute. Love coming here with the family.

We ordered takeout of the golden original whole chicken, and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy and flavorful—highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work! This used to be one of my favorite places However I went there today and brought the lunch special for almost $15 I was still charged a regular price even though I didn't take the soda ,What restaurant doesn't have bottled water I would have been better off going to Popeye's or KFC for the amount that I spent at least I would have known I would have got my money's worth. Look at photo and tell me if that's worth $15

Ordered the Gangjeong Wings and Secret Sauce Whole Chicken (got 1/2 chicken) with side of rice. They give you picked radish that comes in an 8oz container.Wings are double fried like Bonchon, however the Gangjeong sauce was lacking unfortunately. I didn't really taste the sauce with each bite. The secret sauce chicken was good, but the sauce was bit too sweet for my taste.I would order the whole chicken instead of the wings. Whole Chicken was fried better, juicer and held the sauce better. Nephew told me their spicy golden original is really good, so will have to try that next time.

I had a very unpleasant experience recently while picking up my take-out order at the bb.q chicken location in Niles. The employee who was handling my order was extremely rude. She didn't even greet me when I walked into the store, and didn't say a single word when I left. The quality of the food at this location was also subpar. There was hardly any meat in the boneless chicken pieces. Although I was supposed to get 24 pieces, some of them were so small that they should not have been counted. Due to this experience, I will be sure to order from bb.q chicken locations at other places in the future. View menu

I ordered the Gangjeong Wings and a half order of the Secret Sauce Whole Chicken, along with a side of rice. They also provide pickled radish in an 8oz container. The wings are double fried like Bonchon’s, but unfortunately, the Gangjeong sauce was underwhelming—I couldn't really taste it with each bite. The Secret Sauce chicken was good, though the sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking. I’d recommend getting the whole chicken over the wings; the whole chicken was fried better, juicier, and held the sauce much better. My nephew mentioned that their Spicy Golden Original is really good, so I’ll have to try that next time.

I actually preferred the whole chicken—it was perfectly fried, juicy, and tender. The secret sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. If you like double-fried wings, stick with those, but if you're with a larger group, I recommend getting a mix of wings and whole chicken. The pickled radish was decent, though I prefer it more sour, and the portion was quite small. I was disappointed they no longer offer coleslaw, as it seemed like they removed it from the menu. This is definitely our new favorite spot for Korean fried chicken! The restaurant has a clean atmosphere with a laid-back vibe, and the service was both attentive and friendly. We tried the honey garlic wings and the galbi wings. While the galbi wings were good, the honey garlic wings were outstanding. We both agreed they were the best wings we've ever had, and we've tried several Korean fried chicken places.
