"Chicken tasted like it had freezer burn on top of that I’ve had multiple different locations of bbq chick and never had an issue with food quality. I was expecting fresh SUPER crispy/crunchy chicken, this chicken just felt not well seasoned or trying to hide that fact it had freezer burn. Overall I would never come back to this location but I would recommend the Carrollton location, they have never disappointed me!"

I ordered the spicy fried wings, and they were just okay. The flavor and aroma didn't have a strong impact, which was disappointing. Additionally, the price felt quite high—about $30 for what seemed like only 15 to 20 small wings, each around 1.5 inches long.

I really enjoy this place, but the food didn't measure up to the Carrollton location. The chicken was dry, and perhaps the kitchen has a different approach than the others? I ordered the original, but the batter didn't taste as flavorful. The quality isn’t consistent with the other locations.
