When no one is around I understand but from years of doing this type of work they need to be corrected to spray the towel they are using and use it to clean the table to avoid possible contamination."

Why have people wait 10—20 minutes when you have open tables? That’s asinine. Train your hosts better so people won’t want to leave your restaurant unhappy and you loose business.

Food was great! Service was excellent. This was our first visit and the waiter explained how it worked. You get your raw food and take it to the grill to watch it being cooked. It was a very nice experience.

Food was great because you pick and put in the bowl and have them cook it. You can overfilled your bowl. Seafood or meat combination and it's your choice of sauce and some egg (as many you want). You can also ask for rice. View menu

At the grill they accidentally put the wrong sauce on my bowl, so they let me get a new bowl and put me back to the front of the line. I wasn’t upset about it at all because mistakes happen, but they still comped my meal. Excellent customer service.

We liked the concept and the way we arranged our stir fries. The end plates were not great looking but turned out to taste fine. The process of going to the service bar is a bit messy. I would suggest the meat portion is served by the staff inside the kitchen where food safety is a must. Having raw meats at the side of vegetables and being touched by hundreds of people is not ok.
