"I've never experienced such a warm and genuine welcome as I did when I walked into this restaurant. Customer service seems to be declining everywhere, but not here. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. I will definitely be returning. I must highlight the sweet and kind lady who greeted me—whether she's a server, manager, or something else, she's perfectly suited for her role. If only people could achieve financial success based on how they treat customers! Please consider giving this wonderful woman a bonus. Her name is Vicky, and if you want to choose between mediocre service like Denny's or Walmart and a truly exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back, you should definitely reward Vicky with a holiday bonus—preferably ASAP!"

We went here for the first time tonight on Taco Tuesday. There seemed to be just one server but man that woman was efficient. The food was GREAT. The service was awesome. And the ambiance was kitschy and perfect.

Stood at the host stand for 15-20 minutes after at least 3-4 servers just kept walking past me without even acknowledging my presence or saying it will be a couple minutes or anything at all. Was trying to place a Togo order but was never greeted. We love the food here but the customer service is sub par at best.

This Mexican restaurant is one of the best in town and the longest standing. It is so nice to have a family run restaurant with the customer in mind. We have been coming to the bean bandit, my whole life and truly love Margie and her spirit is still here. The food is still amazing and the chips and salsa are, always tasty! The service is good. Our waitress was the only one on the floor at the time we were there, and seemed to be handling things nicely.
