"We've enjoyed Beau's over the years, but sadly, like many other restaurants since COVID, the service has declined greatly. For the past 3 times we've lunched there, they never seem to have enough servers and the wait for food and drinks is very long. The atmosphere and food are lovely but you have to be in absolutely no hurry because you're going to be there awhile. That's perfectly fine if you are aware of that before you go. It's a fine place to go with friends if you're no rush, but there is no way you could go for a work lunch or a if you have a time constraint."

I love going to Beaus. The food is consistently delicious. Paul often waits on us and does an excellently job. The patio can be a little noisy but is still one of my favorite outdoor spots!

Our private table was out in the terrace in front of a beautiful sunken fireplace. Our meals were fantastic! It was my boyfriend's birthday and the complimentary dessert, the service and privacy made us feel like royalty for the evening. Highly recommend!

Beware, buffet only for breakfast, and it's lousy. This hotel is too nice to have this restaurant irritate customers. Someone should b checking the buffet to make sure all is fresh. Manager?? Took two of our four buffets off my bill. Cracker Barrel would have been better. Def will not be returning. Hilton Hotel's need to be made aware of what u consider service. ?
