"We had a wonderful dinner at Bella Luna on our recent trip to Chicago. I wish I could remember our servers name (clerk 7 on our receipt so he will know who he is! was fabulous! He interreacted with our table before, during and after our meal making sure our wine/cocktail glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. The pizza was a delicious thin crust with plentiful toppings. We were even provided a complimentary ice cream topped brownie at the end of our meal with delicious and much appreciated. The indoor atmosphere was very comfortable while they they also offer an outdoor patio as well. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chicago. During this current time period when customer service seems to have gone to the way side, Bella Luna has continued to provide top notch service and delightful food. Thanks Bella Luna!"

I felt bad for the wait staff and kitchen as they seemed a little short staffed, but service and food were great! I loved the Italian beef sandwich and my wife and daughter both liked their pasta dishes. Thanks for everything!

Returned here after several years and it was just as good as I remembered. My daughter and I had a great evening. Low key atmosphere, very friendly service, and of course delicious pizza! So happy we chose to dine here. If you’re a tourist who likes to eat where the locals do, this is your spot!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and ordered bruschetta and spaghetti bolognese for lunch. The tomatoes and bread were fresh and delicious, and the pasta sauce was rich and well-seasoned. The service was both friendly and efficient! We picked up from here July 31. I was charged for delivery on a pick up order. After speaking with numerous employees numerous times I have never received a return call from the manager. Additionally, an employee told me they always add the delivery charge for to go orders and then remove it. That in itself sounds suspect. Check your total! As for the food, it was fine. Nothing special.

We ordered delivery, and while the service was excellent, the deep dish was just mediocre. Every element was notably under-seasoned, and it was improved greatly by a sprinkle of salt over the top. I think it’s safe to say that one shouldn’t have to salt their pizza. While the salad was decent for a pizza place, and though I can’t speak to any of their other dishes, we won’t order from here again.
