My order was incorrect. I suspect they just gave me what they had left since it was nearly closing time. I won't be ordering from here again.

Finally took the recommendation to try this place and I'm so happy I did. It is run by a man who taught at my elementary school and he remembered me after all these years. Belzoni's has a lot of business especially during lunch time. I liked the way I was greeted, it was very welcoming.It was my first time there and I tried the fried catfish, with fried okra and sweet corn. I only liked the corn, everything else was salty and too heavy for me. If I ever go there again, I'd try something else. Eat the meal I got at your risk. The meal was a 2 out of 5.

We came by to try to place out. This ends up as a great choice. The place is small inside but delivers huge. The catfish was delicious and well cooked. It had a corn meal crunchy outside. That was fantastic. The meal came with two sides. I had the mac n cheese and fried okra. The Mac n cheese was fabulous, and the okra was very well cooked and tasted great. The staff was great. They were very professional and took care of us very well. I will definitely be back!!

I ordered a single catfish meal, while my wife opted for a whole catfish, hoping for a heartier portion. Surprisingly, my fillet had more meat than her entire fish. The okra was overcooked, and the serving of tartar sauce was disappointingly small. The single hush puppy we received was about the size of a large French fry. Additionally, the macaroni and cheese was overcooked and extremely mushy. I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant definitely deserves it! It's a small spot with a lot of flavor. The food is absolutely fantastic, but the atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. Located in a shopping center off Highway 820, not far from Lockheed Martin, the vibe is more like a library than a lively dining experience. However, the food really shines! The family running the place is from Los Angeles, and you can tell they pour their heart into the dishes. Well, I have been trying to get to this place for a while now. The hours are a bit different but I was able to get there on a Saturday. We were greeted immediately and sat with some nice conversation. I had the 2 piece catfish plate with corn and macaroni. Everything was great, catfish breading was perfect and seasoned well. Corn was excellent and the macaroni was good but not as good as everything else. My wife got okra and fries as her sides, all great and the okra is a little darker but I think that it from the breading or seasoning. Give this place a shot, very good catfish . So... Mixed review but I'm still giving 5 stars. The catfish was amazing batter was tasty, fish was cooked perfectly (no squishy fishy and no hard bits) and the pieces were a generous size. Can't really say enough food things about their fish... Nailed it! We ordered two two piece baskets. The first one had sweet corn and fries for a side. Sweet corn was fine... Idk watery kind of.
