"Food is horrible. You order food at counter and then they bring your food out. Nobody ever comes back to your table to check on you. Shrimp was undercooked, salsa was nasty, and even the charro beans were not good. The only thing that was good was the pork tamales and the chips. The only reason we came is because I had some gift cards to use. Thank God because I will never spend a dime of my money on this place. Will never come back. Everything is Ala carte, so beans and rice have to be purchased separately. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the tamales are pretty good. So overall, this place is horrible and I don't recommend to anyone."

The fish. There are two fluffy fillets in a taco. Lol. I didn't cost it. Definitely worth $5.

Excellent food. Lots of variety if you like Mexican. No table service but not a big deal. Lots of empty seats. Closed Mondays.

The fish tacos come with two fluffy fillets in each taco. Honestly, I didn't enjoy them. I suppose they're worth the $5 per taco, though. View menu

Stick with the tacos here.....the nachos are now one layer of chips with too many dried up black beans and a cheese on top that formed a skin after being microwaved until the styrofoam container began to disintegrate. Inedible.

This place is a hangout for my boyfriend and his friends. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and polite, the food (especially the fish tacos) is very good and the margaritas are great! I’ve eaten there three times and never had a bad meal or service.

These fish tacos are incredible! Each taco is priced at $5 and is packed with a generous amount of fish. The entire restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. I'm sure the rest of the menu is great too, but I can't help but crave more of those fish tacos! View menu

The tacos at this restaurant are quite impressive, with some being more delectable than others. Our top pick was the original fish taco, which was simply outstanding. However, the true highlight of the meal was the Habanero Salsa; it had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, along with incredible aromas. The staff here is exceptional—very attentive and friendly. While I wouldn't recommend bringing children, it's a great spot for a laid-back meal for adults.

I loved Berryhill in The Heights when I lived there. After moving to Oak Forest, I was disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. However, fast forward a year, and we saw the manager from the Heights location, and the restaurant has improved tremendously. It's just as great, if not better, than it was in The Heights! The counter service is efficient, the wait for food is short, and the staff is fantastic. We're thrilled with the changes—thank you to the manager whose name I can't remember right now!
