"Recently, I asked about the banana split and was told it comes with vanilla, chocolate, and twist ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, peanuts, and a cherry. We ordered it with just vanilla ice cream and requested to skip the cherry, but we were fine with the whipped cream, peanuts, and drizzle. When it finally arrived, we received a half-melted banana split that included strawberries, pineapple (which I hate), whipped cream, drizzle, and peanuts—all messily dripping down the container. I understand that tastes differ, but I'm sure we can all agree that no one wants their sundae arriving in a soupy state. Additionally, I'm not very impressed with the customer service. The staff isn't rude, but they don't seem particularly happy either. I encourage the owners to raise their standards, ensure that employees are trained on the correct sundae components, and promote a friendlier atmosphere."

"I had the bbq beef ribs, asparagus and side salad. Asparagus was cooked for perfection and tasty! Delicious Dry rub on the rib sauce not needed. Old Bay wings were well spiced. Trash and yellow rice were also very delicious. Newly opened. Service was on point, courtesy and professional. Took points out because the food was served in togo boxes and we were in. Hopefully this will change soon."

"I have ordered twice through the app, simply adding the signature drinks without any modifications except for the sizes, and each order is supposed to come with whipped cream by default. While there is an option to select "No Whipped Cream," the standard setting is to include it. Yet, when I went to pick up my order, neither drink had whipped cream. I showed them the mobile order, which proves I’m not making this up. The person who seemed to be the manager both times claimed that one drink printed with whipped cream and the other did not, implying that the problem was with me—that I needed to specifically request whipped cream. I tried to explain that I had done that and showed her, but she kept insisting that printers and computers don’t malfunction. This has occurred twice now. Interestingly, there are times when I place the exact same order and have no issues at all, which suggests the problem lies on their end. I understand that mistakes happen, and in the grand scheme of things, it's just whipped cream, but I find it frustrating when I'm told that I need to do something differently, despite the fact that I have been doing exactly what is required. I honestly don’t understand why serving a dollop of whipped cream seems to be such a challenge!"

"The selection of flavors was underwhelming, and when I asked for mint chip, the employee mumbled something about cake cones. Naturally, I agreed, since everyone knows cake cones usually don't come with an extra charge, unlike everything else. When my mom ordered her ice cream and we got to the register, I noticed that the total seemed a bit higher than expected. When I inquired, the employee informed me that they actually charge for the cone. I was taken aback—how else was I supposed to enjoy the ice cream? I looked around and saw others eating from cups, which I thought were pricier than cones. In the end, I ended up paying $11 for two single scoops of ice cream. This experience has inspired me to open my own ice cream shop in the Accokeek area, where customers will receive much better treatment. I look forward to serving you all soon with my very own ice cream truck!"

"I don't have much to say except that I have not returned and I do not plan on it. For gas or hot food, this place is not the best option as the prices are always high. However, if you just need a cold drink and a bag of chips, they are okay if you don't mind paying more. Just around the corner on Berry Road, on Route 228, is a 7-11 which offers cheaper gas and a variety of ready-to-eat or microwaveable food options. Their chips and drinks are also much more affordable, and gas is typically 25 cents cheaper per gallon."
