"I’ve been to a number of restaurants in my lifetime. Very few are truly an experience. Very few actually provide better than average service. So I am compelled to talk about our experience for my birthday last night. I was very worried upon arriving to a non discript strip mall on Manchester just west of Clarkson to see a rather unpretentious front that almost looked closed with a sign that said “a culinary experience”. From the time we opened the door and was greeted by the hostess we were transported to one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfect! The staff all of them were clearly happy to be there and wanted to make sure we had the best service ever and they succeeded. They were there when we needed them and they were not there when we didn’t. I read a review that complained about the prices. Well, when we looked at the menu it seemed a bit pricey. I was wrong. You do get what you pay for. Malinche truly delivers value. Our meal from beginning to end was fabulous. I’m sure it was the best Mexican meal I have ever had, both the presentation and the incredibly delicious taste. My culinary taste buds were firing for the entire meal. This is a must go to restaurant. Make a reservation as they were completely booked last night for dinner and I bet they are often so. It is well worth the trek to far west county and I will be returning soon. Awesome everything! They succeeded in providing a culinary experience. "Music was awesome but Tony always is... sign on door indicated $5 cover for entertainment. (Might be nice if noted added to bill on sign) We arrived at 2:15 (they open at 2) and proceeded to order food and figured we had missed the cover. Music started at 3. Food was okay, kind of pricey, $16 for app of pot stickers, waitress was great! Very tight quarters, surprised when we each received our bill and there was $5 added to each of them. Guess I 'm old school but I 'm used to someone at the door collecting cover. Tony is worth a cover anytime! The division of the check wasn 't accurate but we didn 't ask her to fix it. Friend offered to buy me a $4 beer since I drove and instead I had all of my beers (3) plus one of hers on my bill so essentially I was out 8 extra dollars, though my friend paid me $4 for her beer. Total bill for appetizer, 4 beers, and cover was $46 before tip!"

"For a Craft brew and Wood Fired Pizza fan, you are bound to find something good at CC; plus they have Salads, Wings and Mac-n-Cheese dishes. Plenty of big tables for groups or families, plus outdoor patio for nicer days. Casual ambience with friendly and efficient service from staff. Overall, solid 4.0 rating for me with food and drink selections with attentive service. Expect to pay $15-20 for custom Pizza, $10-15 for apps/salads, and $6-8 for a tap pint. Today was perfect to share an Arugula Candied Bacon Salad and Pepperoni Mushroom Pie. Salad was prepared fresh with homemade dressing and generous toppings. Loved their Pizza served hot from the oven, with plenty of toppings and melted cheese. Yep, patrons are not required to get STL style cheese only, they do offer a nice cheese variety when creating your own pizza! Pair your food with a great selection of craft/local beer options on tap, even more variety in cans/bottles, plus wine or non-alcoholic drinks available. They tend to get busy on evenings and weekends, so suggest going early or for lunch. I enjoyed it enough to cater a group takeout meal on another day. Crafty Chameleon was right down my alley, hope you ENJOY!"
