"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"Went for lunch but ordered breakfast. The pancakes were good, eggs were nothing special but the sausage was inedible...I honestly don 't know what kind of sausage it was but I 've never seen anything like it. I had my friend try it just in case it was just me but even she said it had a weird taste. The waitress took it off the bill but the entire time she served us she seemed like she didn 't want to be there. I know times are tough but they weren 't busy at all so I really wish her attitude would 've been better. Unfortunately, it was my first and last time going there."

"During our dinner this past Saturday with a party of 10, two family members ordered veal, but it was so tough that they struggled to cut it with their knives. They had to send it back and wait an additional 20-25 minutes for new entrées. The restaurant was extremely busy. When their food finally arrived, they ended up boxing it to take home because they felt disappointed about the inedible veal while the rest of us had already finished our meals. The noise level in the restaurant was overwhelming, with people chatting loudly and music playing, which contributed to a headache by the time we left. "My wife and I walked into Buen Provecho Because we are both from PR and wanted authentic food. We received a very cold greeting from Alejandro, he asked us if we had a reservation and we answered no. He then left us standing there while he scratched his head looking at a wall covered in papers. After a while we asked do you have a table and he said give me a minute I am checking!! in a rude tone. I was really confused being that I saw plenty of tables for two, he treated us horribly from the time we walked in. I left and went back in to ask for his name and he was really close with the female employee talking about the situation. This was a horrible first impression, I would not recommend."
