"by someone who ordered 3x a week plus here, they will never have my business again. we have also visited big louie’s personally, but this is next to the point. my friend and I waited about an hour for our food, which is completely reasonable on a busy Sunday. Once we opened our food, we saw that my friends had no suits for ceaser salat. it was literally salate with parm cheese top. my chicken parm sandwich, had no cheese and was a piece of brot between 2 slices. Of course, I think it's going without saying, unless you like to eat karton, it's not worth the $40 we paid. well, the good part, I had to go through a middle man named disc just to get my money back. the men from the disc said he can't refund anything without a restaurant permit. now, the manager sarah is on the phone, and continues to tell me that she discounts the salat and the disc of cheese, but I will still be $25 lol I will go to the bank tomorrow to handle this on my own, as I pictures of the pappe that they want to pay my girlfriend $40 (now $27) for. ****, 0 stars if I could. also a message to the big louis ': they should really find a manager who takes care of how their business treats its frequent customers. sarah, I hope they learn how to deal with customers. I understand that it sucks at and in the restaurant industry they get it all the time, but I felt like I was very respectful with them. if they do not learn how to deal with people, they will probably be in this position forever. good luck!"

First time at big Louise’s pizza. Loved our server- great personality. Pizza was good but slow considering it was not busy and order was basic. With so many pizza options in the area not sure how quickly will go back.

This pizza is delicious! I’ve been coming here for over five years and it has not once disappointed me. I always get the large pepperoni… add mushrooms green pepper and onion. DELICIOUS!!!The bbbq wings are good also. Definitely recommend.

Staff was not friendly. Dirty lamps, as well as all decorations. Pasta was below average, flavorless and super sweet souce. Pizza Margherita was made with a cheese that is not mozzarella. Also, you cannot have big plates to share unless you pay almost twice the price of a single pasta bowl.

I've been passing this place for a long time and I wanted to try. ive had bad ex-processes with most southforida italian restorers. but this place made me sorry I didn't stop a year ago. I enjoyed everything I ate. I ordered the eggplant hero with Fritten 2 times a week. $6.99 . the garlic rolls were the only problem that they soak in hot oil. I don't see why they're soaked in fat. the service was ok. nothing imagination to eat in just a normal mother and pop place.
