Customer service was horrible, when you do curbside why do you have to go inside to get your order and then have to deal with the staff attitude. When you ask for bbq sauce they say it’s in the plate and it’s only ONE and you ordered a tri plate! Umm what can you do with that, and then they proceed to not give you more! Like ok!

One of the best meals I had in Thibodaux. Of the 3 meat platter, brisket was moist with good flavor, sausage was decent but nothing special, turkey was surprisingly good, although I got an edge cut with some stringy bits. Could have used a spicier sauce, but the sides were great, bread was like a pillow, and staff were all awesome. If you like BBQ, come here.

I’m not from here, I’m from Chicago traveling on business and wanted some good BBQ ribs and Big Mike is the only place around here that serves it, so I went on 9/29/2022 at around 7pm and stood in a long line for about 20—30 minutes to get to the cashier and I asked if I could place an order to go and she told me that I would have to go to another line after already waiting so long, in order to get serviced. Absolutely delicious! Ordered the pick 3 meats with 2 sides. Brisket, baby back ribs, sausage, garlic mash, and sweet potatoe fries. The ribs fell off the bone, the brisket was rich and moist, but most interestingly, the sausage was the best I've ever had. The flavor reminded me of the breakfast sausage patties you get in hotels and on biscuits but it was so much better. I really like this sausage. Big Mikes was one of my favorite go to local BBQ spots. I noticed after the Covid-19 pandemic hit, there was a change in the portion sizes; they were smaller.
