"On the 28th day of January, 2024 I made a trip to Big Mike 's in Denham to experience the Death Valley burger which some say is the biggest burger in town. I requested the burger be cooked medium well. The burger came with shrimp, bacon, lettuce, onions, mustard,etc. The burger came with fries and drinks were $3.00. There was a waiting period some may say is lengthy for receiving order. The burger was indeed delicious to my taste buds. I requested from the waitress to have the burger cut into quarters which I believe it 's usually cut in half. The waitress returned with food citing the cook did not want to cut the burger because he is too busy . The total cost of my order was around $30.00. You spend that amount of money and can 't receive a simple request fulfilled by a customer. Customer service is going downhill particularly in the South regions. Don 't settle for less and don 't continue to fill the pockets of those employing poor customer workers and maintaining outrageous prices for commodities and services. Thanks!"

Sat at the bar, ordered drinks off menu...Coronarita. they didn't have 7 oz bottles but use 12 oz instead. They let us sub fries for salad at no charge. Fried Ribs were excellent. Great service. View menu

Very chill atmosphere. Ice cold drinks and friendly service. We were in Louisiana visiting my brother and we wanted to check this place out after watching Bar Rescue. It looks awesome. We didn't have any food, but the plates and baskets coming out of the kitchen looked really good.
