I visit this restaurant every few weeks and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The service is quick and friendly. Their prices are comparable to Portillo's, so it's a great value! View menu

The only thing big about big Sammy's is the price. Cist is through the roof borderline ripp off. Portions definitely are not as tasty and small. Unfortunately I will never return again for a $20 beef combo. They have all the prices blacked out so you have no Idea how much they are ripping you off till you order. Very shady business. I just don't understand the hype surrounding this place. The fries were bland and soggy—can't they use some seasoning? The burger was small, and the lettuce was wilted. I also found it disappointing that a small drink was included with a meal that cost nearly $20. What a rip-off! I would recommend going to Portillo's or even Wendy's for a much better burger and fries.
