"2nd time here, great experiences both times. The moment you walk in your greated. You are given a water about 1 minute or two minutes after sitting. Our waitor/bartender Shawn was very attentive and had a great personality! Food was absolutely fantastic. I can't believe I forgot to get a photo of the bruchetta. I had the gnocchi, it was so gooood and my husband had chicken marsala he finished every last bite! Dessert we ordered tarimasu :p everything was perfect!!!"

Absolutely delicious! My daughter and I checked this place out on our house/city hunting tour of the Chicago suburbs. I had the Lobster ravioli and my daughter had the Fettuccine Alfredo and we shared the calamari appetizer. So good and so fresh. Worth a visit! View menu

The food was excellent, and the patio atmosphere was stunning. The service was good overall, but our server seemed quite busy. Although there was a reasonable amount of support staff, I noticed a lack of teamwork. It would be great if they could be more proactive about refilling water glasses!

We arrived at Bimbo's by boat and enjoyed dining on the covered deck with a beautiful view of the river. Our meals were outstanding, and I will absolutely return. The new docks are also great. I ordered the mussels, which I absolutely loved, while my wife had chicken and sausage over pasta, which she also enjoyed very much.
