"We started with a sushi sampler while deciding on our main courses. It was decent, but certainly not up to the standards of Nobu; in fact, I think Okura is better. The sampler, which cost around $20, included six pieces of California roll and six pieces of sushi. For my main course, I chose the lobster tail served with angel hair pasta. The lobster tail was generously sized, cut in half, and lightly breaded, which pleased me for the $58 price tag. However, it was served without drawn butter, so I inferred that I was meant to mix it with the pasta. The sauce was quite light, made up of olive oil and tomatoes, and while it was okay, it didn't impress me. My daughter ordered the wagyu Parmesan stuffed meatloaf and enjoyed it, especially the gravy, though she found the mashed potatoes to be grainy. My husband had the salmon with risotto, which he said was fine—no complaints, but nothing to rave about. My mom chose the highly recommended lobster bisque, which she found good but noted that it was lacking in lobster chunks. Overall, while The Bistro is a decent option, it didn't become my new favorite. I would return if I were at Fantasy Springs and in need of a meal."

Not often do we walk away saying WOW! But the Bistro Restaurant hit it out of the park. Great service, ask for Miguel! We were in a hurry to catch a concert and he worked wonders to get us in and out. Great wine selection, great food presentation and the sea bass was the best I?ve ever had. Even the manager came over to see how our evening was. We can?t wait to go back. Perfect date night spot. View menu

I had a wonderful solo dinner at this restaurant, especially with a $50 food voucher! The freshly baked baguette was absolutely delightful! I began with the Crab Topped Baked Oyster as an appetizer, paired with the Miso-Sake Glazed Seabass for my main course. The appetizer was just alright; there wasn't enough crab, and the cheese had become too hard. However, the entree was delicious! My waitress was very attentive throughout the meal.

I must say this place gives you service, charm, respect, ultimate service of when you go in place to the end. They made my mom's birthday dinner worth every penny. The server Antonio, and the manager I forgot their name beautiful people, they treated us as they knew us, and made my mother feel so special and they were very attentive and we never had to drink after more and they gave us fresh cutlery after the appetizers. It's all about great experience the ambience, the candlelight dinner setting, and the food was delicious compliments to the chef he put his foot in him???????? I recommend trying this place, we will try again and we will try more of this amazing menu. Thanks for the experien...

"My husband and I had 5:30 reservations for Christmas dinner. We were seated promptly. Server was a lovely young man. We ordered a cocktail right away and when he brought them, we ordered dinner. We waited snd waited and then waited sone more. No dinner. Server kept coming by and saying he was checking on it. Meanwhile, tables who came in much later than us were being served. Server came back and offered us complimentary soup while we waited for dinner. We declined, it had already been close to an hour. We never complained as our server seemed to be on top of it. After over an hour of waiting, We had decided to just leave. Just wanted our drink tab to pay and leave. Right then a woman came out with our dinner, placed them in front of us saying nothing and started to leave. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I asked about the wait as now the 6pm reservations that were seated next to us we’re done with their dinner! No apology. Just I’ll have the chef come out and you can talk to him. And then she commented that they would take care of dinner and walked away. Chef never came out (I never wanted him to). Husband ate his dinner. I boxed mine up. Just ruined our experience. They did buy our dinner, but did present us with a bill for our two cocktails. Any restaurant can have a bad night. But you need to have a manger with a compassionate personality and knows how to deliver an apology. This woman had neither. Very, very disappointed with our experience and lack of management apology and recovery,"
