"We wanted to explore a new spot in Senoia and decided to stop by Hilary's on a rainy, quiet day. The atmosphere was certainly unique, which threw us off a bit at first. However, we chose to stick it out, and we’re so glad we did—the food was incredible! If you can look past the eclectic decor, dim lighting, and unusual table arrangements, you won’t be disappointed. Everything we tried was fresh, and each bite was a delightful experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, two main dishes, and dessert. While they don't offer gluten-free bread or buns, they're open to modifying dishes for allergies. They do have a gluten-free dessert available, too. We even took some food home, and it reheated beautifully, retaining those delicious, melt-in-your-mouth flavors. Our server was charming and knowledgeable, providing excellent service that made us feel welcomed despite the unusual ambiance."

Finally had the chance to try the Bistro Hilary in Senoia GA. OMG! The best fresh strawberry margarita ever! The food was fresh and so delicious and the service was awesome! Will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience. We had a 40th birthday for my sister and the patio area was reserved for us. The food was great and the service was amazing. Only thing I?d suggest is maybe mini plates for the hors d?oeuvres some were hard to eat withnapkins and sauce.

This place is DELICIOUS!! The photos don?t do it justice, every bite was a flavor bomb, the fried deviled eggs were scrumptious, our brunch entrees were all equally flavor filled but the TOMATO BISQUE was something that even days later makes mymouth water, and I don?t like tomato soups. We will definitely be back.

The service was terrible. Even with reservations, we had to wait an eternity for our food after finally placing our orders. The waitstaff mixed up everyone's meals, leading to confusion. For instance, my niece waited 20 minutes for her cocktail, only to receive one that was watered down because it had been sitting out. We just had the most delightful anniversary dinner at Bistro Hilary! Our server Keri was outstanding and the food was amazing. Creative cocktails, Beets and Goat Cheese plus the best mozzarella sticks appetizer. The lamb dish was amazing and theMalaysian Chicken the best I ever had! Great dessert to boot! The owner Jim was gracious and sat with us to make sure we werehappy. This was one of the best dining experiences in a long time. Kudos to the staff and chefs. A must go to for fine cuisineand service in the charming village of Senoia!!

I had a lovely lunch experience. Our server, Archie (not certain about the spelling), was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed a delicious old fashioned cocktail, although it could have been muddled a bit better. We started with the deviled eggs, which were absolutely amazing—if I had known how good they were, I would have ordered two servings for my meal. The BLT salad was tasty, but I think it should come with two pieces of pork belly instead of just one. We also tried the fish sandwich, which was excellent. The portion sizes aren't large, but that's perfectly fine. The fries were fantastic. As for parking, it's available behind the building.
