"TLDR: Let 's not appropriate Cuban culture please.To preface this, the staff was super friendly and really attentive. I came by before I went to do an apartment tour in the area and got really excited when I saw the sign outside the door that read home of Cubano coffee As a person of Cuban, Dominican decent living in California, I was super excited to get some cafecito or a colada in LA since it 's not very common. To my surprise, the staff had no idea what I was talking about then proceeded to explain to me that the Cubano coffee they offered was coffee with milk, which we call Café con Leche? I 've got to say, It 's rare (at least in my circles) where I find my culture appropriated like this, but there is a first for everything I guess. I would urge the business to rethink their sine-age or at least properly represent the extent of Cuban coffee if they claim to be the home of it Basically if you 're looking for a place to have cafecito, or real Cuban coffee this is probably not your go to. Not sure if they even use real Cuban coffee for the cafe con leche either. Did not try their food, but their cold brew was decent."

I recently went to Black Dog Coffee, It is great local coffee shop giving back to their community. Come in on Fridays when a portion of every purchase goes to supporting pet adoption. Coffee is good especially the cafe cubano if you feel like something sweet. Deluxe bagel, veggie sandwich, and breakfast burrito are all favorites.
