"I feel torn on what to review Spicy Thai.. I had been years ago and remembered it being good. I came with some friends on a Friday evening. The restaurant was packed! We waited about 10 minutes before a table was ready no big deal. Our waiter took awhile to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. We browsed the menu and knew quickly what we all wanted to order. It took around 15 minutes for our waiter to come back after giving us our drinks and order our food. My husband and I ordered the egg rolls, pad Thai, and massman curry. The appetizer took around 20 minutes to come out, followed by the food about 20 more minutes. I know that it was a Friday night but the restaurant isn't that big. I don't know why it took so long to get our drinks and food. Our waiter brought the food and brought us the wrong curry. We had to ask for our massman curry. It was shortly brought out with no apology. The eggs rolls were tasty. They were very hot and full of filling. The chili sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and heat. The pad Thai was very good. It was a very generous portion and full of chicken which was a great surprise. The peanuts added a good texture. I was very impressed with this. The massman curry was only okay. It wasn't that flavorful and tasted like it was lacking or missing something. I did appreciate how much chicken was in it but would've liked to see more carrots and potatoes. The rice was cooked well. The food was nice and hot when it came out. It was very fresh. The reason for the three stars in the service. As mentioned above, it took awhile for all the food to come out. Our drinks were never refilled. After we got our food, our waiter never checked on us. We finished eating and had to ask a different waiter for boxes and our checks. The service needs to improve. I will be back for the food though."

"This is type of ?all you can eat? with japanese ingredients/ Korean grill style. You would have awesome meat quality, but a bit pricey. You get what you pay for. You grill your own meats, dip your own sauce and choices of white rice or brown rice. If you?re meat eater then say no to rice, or small bowl of rice would be enough for entire course. There were many meat options to choose from chicken to beef, 3 types of sauce for grilled meat dipping. I loved both roasted sesame and garlic shoyu sauce, they both had very well distinct taste. Meats were well marinated, very tasty and flavorful. There were many prepped side dishes such sushi, potato salad, seaweed salad? The waitress warmly greeted as I walked in. She will kindly explain the entire process at table if you?re first time diner at Umami. There were limited parking spot in front of the restaurant, but plenty parking spots in the back of the restaurant. The beef curry was da bomb, potato salad was perfectly prepped with crunchy cucumber, scallop?. Enough said, try yourself and paid $27.99/ person for dinner."

"Wow! I was very impressed by the feel of Bangkok grill when I first walked in, the booth seating was a really cool addition! I got the lunch special and it was worth every penny! I LOVE Thai food and it really hit the spot! The lunch option is a great way to try a variety of different dishes! And the peanut curry was really good! The waitress was really kind and although she worked with a large amount of customers she worked hard with a smile on her face! Definitely a go-agian type restaurant!"

"Props to being one of the few restaurants that open late in Provo. (Mainly the only reason I came because nothing else was open at 9:30pm) Also, the great reviews didn't leave me too weary about the food.... I was wrong. The ramen was sooo bland. The spicy garlic crunch ramen tasted like water with chili flakes?! I also ordered a black garlic tonkatsu. This broth was mediocre. Wasn't as bland as the spicy garlic broth but it needed some dressing with the spices/chili oil they provided. The main reason I'm giving such low rating was the CHASHU. It tasted like cardboard......practically inedible. I couldn't even force myself to swallow it. Hopefully it was just a bad day and tastes better next time. Service was decent. Nothing out of the ordinary. What's surprising was that the restaurant got pretty busy around 10pm but I'm assuming it's for the same reason I was there. Nothing else is open late."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Ambassador Bridge SM pizza; it was absolutely delicious. However, I was disappointed that the mushrooms I paid extra for were missing. Additionally, I found it frustrating that I couldn’t choose the Gluten Free option for this pizza. While I noticed other allergy options listed, Gluten Free wasn’t available for this item. I did see it offered on other menu items, just not on this one. After noticing this, I flagged it as an allergy and called the restaurant to speak with Ana. She assured me she would notify them that it needed to be Gluten Free, but unfortunately, they still prepared it on the regular crust and had to remake it. To make matters worse, my first DoorDash driver canceled due to the delays, so I had to wait for another driver. Overall, my experience with DoorDash for my first time wasn't great! I would have rated the restaurant 5 stars because the pizza was truly amazing, but these other issues affected my experience."
