"This is a hard rating for me as part of me wants to give it a 1 due to the service and experience I received however the food has the potential to be a 4 on its own and with good service and If I would have had the opportunity to try more beer and itbeen decent maybe that 4 for food could have been a 5. However my experience was not god at all so I am being generous withthis rating for the fact that the food was good. My waitress had added all kinds of exclusions that appears to not be thestandard and was not willing to accommodate me to options on the menu. She was also rude and direct about it. She told me Icould not get certain beers in a flight when board said flight with up charge on certain beers, turns out when saying somethingto the bartender he told me should have got a flight and I had told him I was denied and he said oh well it?s an option for anup charge. The waitress also made a comment when I asked her about how can I try the beer I really wanted and other optionswithout drinking a bunch and she replied if volume is a concern then you shouldn?t get any beer. The waitress also would notlet me make substitutions that were listed on the menu with the burrito I ordered and once she told me that was not an option Iwanted to change my order but she said you got this burrito and walked away. Really bad experience, one of the worst I have hadin a while. However the food was good and had I been able to order what I wanted probably would have been amazing. The chips, salsa, guacamole and queso were delicious and hit the spot in every way. My burrito was tasty as well but I do not eat Spanishrice and beans so it was missing a side . Wife?s food also looked great and was said to be very good."

Great beer and good food. Love the Loud IPA. Steak and fish tacos very good. Chorizo taco was dripping oil but tasty. $4 beers, must have been happy hour. Will be back next time in Charleston.

The food was really good, a bit pricey but well worth it for the flavors you get here. The California burrito was amazing, so was the baja taco. I have nothing high marks for the service, the location and the food.

Awesome brewery, delicious food, large space and great service. We stopped in here for breakfast and they did not disappoint! They had a great breakfast menu, and all of our party was satisfied with their choices. Just check out the pictures below to seesome of their dishes. Definitely recommend!

I 'm not much of a drinker, but had a couple of the local beers. They were good. Helped me relax. I ordered a flock of tacos (3 tacos): Grilled Mahi (nice flavor, tasteful), Asparagus (very good, wished I had more), and Seared Tuna (My favorite. If youlike a lightly seared tuna, this is THE ONE), enjoy! I definitely like. View menu

We visited for Bad Shepard Brewery (located inside). The beer was very good for both a IPA fan and a Belgian fan. Lots of beer options and many were true winners. Its not as common we all find a great beer at the same brewery. The Black Sheep menus wasfun with tons of cool taco options. Chorizo and Korean BBQ were my favorite. We also hit up the airport bar for some more BadShepard beer on our way out of WV. ???? good stuff.

I'd wager this is the best food and brewery in Charleston. The menu is diverse yet phenomenal. Tons of unique items and takes on traditional Mexican cuisine. The beers are solid not the best I've had but rock solid nonetheless. Great mixed drinks. The service is what really stands out to me here. My wife has an allergy and we were greeted by the general manager to assure us that every precaution would be taken to ensure no cross contamination with shellfish. Our View menu

This review is a tough one for me. The service and overall experience left much to be desired, making me want to rate it a 1. However, the food itself was impressive and easily worthy of a 4. With improved service and the chance to try better beers, the food alone could have earned a perfect 5. Sadly, my visit was disappointing overall, so I’m giving a generous rating mostly because of the quality of the food. My waitress accommodated numerous special requests, but...

I ate here a couple of times with friends while staying in Charleston and we all enjoyed it. Pretty good tacos, particularly the chorizo. The general tso burrito I was skeptical of, but actually tasted pretty good! The nachos weren't bad, but we all preferred straight chips and queso. The bulgogi taco is a great idea but isn't really bulgogi, instead it's steak with kimchi and other ingredients. It was still good, but worth mentioning for those who are looking for true

"I just have one word that describes my experience here. WOW It was an absolute experience coming here. We were in town for my birthday and decided to eat here for my bday dinner/last night in Charleston. The vibe and atmosphere were classy, fun, and calming. They have a main bar area where you can grab a drink while you wait for a table and can be quite lively later in the evening. The dining rooms are towards the back, a lot quieter and more intimate so has a flavor for whatever you are into. The service was absolutely perfect. Our server (I wish I would have gotten her name she served our party of two at 10pm on Saturday 8/17) was so insanely friendly and personable. She knew her stuff and then some when it came to presenting the menu, but also would come chat with us and give us tips and recs for Charleston as she knew we were from out of town. They also gave us a free cheesecake and glasses of champagne on the house for our celebration. Just overall made us feel incredibly special and welcomed (we don't normally eat at places like this lol). The food, omg.....I am not overstating or being hyperbolic.......this was hands down without a doubt the greatest steak I have ever had in my life. Nothing even comes close. I had the Dry Aged Ribeye, and it has completely ruined steak for me because nothing will ever be that good. My girlfriend got the Filet, and it was in the same ballpark. Just legendary. We also got a side of the lobster Mac Cheese and it was fluffy with a perfect crust on top. Amazing flavor and texture. If you ever have the opportunity to dine, do yourself a favor and go. This was one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience to the wait staff, the chef, servers, everyone there played a part and gave me a memory I will hold onto forever. Thank you!!"
