"I was looking forward to having dinner here today or the 1st time and was highly disappointed! I ordered a cup of the gumbo, which I would rate a 4, but it was served at the same time as my entree, the Cajun pasta, so by the time I ate the gumbo the pasta was getting cold. The server and cook should know better. The Cajun pasta was a huge disappointment as the Cajun flavor wasn't nearly strong enough, and it was very flat, requiring quite a bit of salt. I guess i will give the dish a 2. They should be embarrassed to serve the farm raised frozen shrimp in the dish when NC has tons of fresh shrimp, which the dish needed badly. The **** Mary was good and deserves a 4. I don't think I will go ever go back based on todays experience."

The atmosphere and service were excellent. Crab dip and burger were okay.

Cool place, best chicken club I've probably ever had, salad was great, blue cheese solid. Saw a guy get a steak that smelled amazing and he said it was perfectly cooked.

I stopped by here after the FB game and I have to say I was impressed by the shrimp wrap being tasty. I enjoyed the apple cider mimosa. It was sweet and something different.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Greenville! Very very great food! Not crazy expensive either! I'm impressed. My waitress, Kylie was very great and on top of her job as well as being kind...

The Blacken Blue Burger is pictured here. No it's not a commercial, it's the one I ate! I'm trying to think of where I've had a better burger? Brunch was great! And the Philly Cheesesteak was delicious View menu

Nice downtown spot, but is not cheap. They do not have much variety but what they have is decent. The dining room is nice but I do not like the high top tables. There were also some people in there, that I believe they were regulars, but they were really loud and all over each other... not really what anyone wants to see at dinner. Their drinks are nice but service is a little slow.

We came after 9:00 on a Saturday after we had no luck, service in other uptown restaurants. Within seconds, sitting at the bar, we were warmly welcomed, given water, and had our drinks orders. The staff was welcome and the bar area was clean through 5th street standards. The food was good not to write anything really at home, but this is very clear a college bar and that is to be expected. We were blown away how great the whole front of the house team was. The people who work there care and we felt appreciated. Really an outstanding experience from two old alumni who were really excited to have a drink without our baby for a few hours!

"We dined at Nino 's in Greenville tonight. On arrival they seated us pretty quickly (We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation). Initial impressions were NOT good. They sat us RIGHT next to a large family with young boisterous children despite empty tables evident in all directions. Our menus were soiled with food film smears on the outside and greasy fingerprints on the paper inside. The restaurant was freezing. A bartender (I think) was repeatedly tossing empty bottles into a trash can or something so there was a periodic loud glass crash. Being an old curmudgeon I of course had to of course complain. The manager came over and apologized and the noise stopped. Temporarily. Until the bartender forgot and did it again. I had hoped to get the (recommended) Pork Ossobuco, but it was not on the menu tonight and was probably a special. I inquired about it and the waitress replied What is ossobuco? She then brought us a bread service of four VERY oily soft squares of focaccia which were really delicious. I know now where the greasy fingerprints on the menus came from. My wife ordered chicken parmesan and thought the flavor was good, but the chicken breast was a little chewier than expected. It was served with spaghetti and was a large portion. I ordered spinach pappardelle with a wonderfully rich and creamy burrata and white truffle sauce topped with blackened shrimp. This dish was VERY good and I 'd order it again if we return. The shrimp were cooked perfectly... just the right complement to the delicious sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Nino 's Falanghina, a white wine somewhere in the ballpark of an albariño or sauvignon blanc. It was very good and was a good value. It paired very well with the meals. We passed on dessert but there were several interesting options. All in all, I truly enjoyed my meal and would order it again. My wife felt that the chicken parmesan was pretty pedestrian and was no better than we can make at home or get in"
