"Polite staff, clean dining room/lobby. Had a Lotaburger, seasoned fries, and an Oreo shake. Fries and shake were good, burger was meh. Patty was dried out, whole burger was kind of falling apart. This was my first visit ever to a Lotaburger, and I'm giving them four stars as the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just an off day."
