"We have been coming to Monocacy Crossing fir years! The food is amazing! Some favorites remain in the menu but there are wonderful specials. The crispy deviled eggs and pound cake are not to be missed. I like the selection of small plates that I can pair with a salad rather than a heavy meal. We were celebrating our anniversary and we’ve had many anniversaries"

"The food has always been amazing and the staffs are always above and beyond! We ordered the must try YinYang shrimp for appetizer, Tonkotsu beef ramen, eel avocado rolls and Dragon rolls for dinner today the food was chef's kiss (meaning 10 out of 10! as always???? The staffs take covid19 safety measurements seriously so we feel really safe whenever we dine in here during the pandemic. We have been regular customers and will definitely come back for more delicious food"

"Outstanding authentic Mexican food! Menu had delicious tamale de elote which is not usually on local menus. Sacramento platter had a chili relleno, taco and enchilada plus sides of rice and beans. Outstanding service as well. Attentive service but not overly so. Server musicians were considerate of two children in our party. A nice feature if this restaurant is that the tables are nicely spaced so diners do not feel that they are sitting too close to one another. And the house margaritas are excellent!"

"This used to be the best restaurant in Frederick and our go-to for anniversaries and birthdays. We loved everything on the menu… before the chef changed. The chef changed within the last year and honestly it’s not the same and the food is not as good. The short rib which used to melt in your mouth now is dryer and not marinated for as long. It also now comes pre sliced and it just tastes bland and the not very good. The quality of certain dishes has changed for the worse. It is very sad to see an excellent restaurant turn into a mediocre one. Luckily their oysters and wine selection is the same. I don’t anticipate coming back like we used to for special occasions. I wish the chef never changed."

"The food is amazing here. I love the blend of Latin flavors with Asian influences. I was excited to bring my Dad here and he enjoyed it. Points off for the service, we both ordered lomo saltado but when it came out they only brought one leading to me and my Dad taking turns watching each other for 20 minutes. That being said the waiter did comp a drink which was nice and the food itself was delicious. I think they would benefit from having the option of ordering from the kitchen remotely using your phone like some places do now."
