Absolutely PHENOMENAL ? tried a variety of options and everything was delicious and fresh and the folks working here are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Love love LOVE this restaurant!

This place is rad, authentic taste, and family owned. I love their blue corn chips and salsa, I'm a regular for their chimichanga smothered in green Chile it's always fried so perfectly.

Authentic, quick and delicious Colorado Mexican food. Wonderful service. Optimal location and very clean. The green and red salsas are delicious. You have to get the chips and salsa as an addition to your meal. Very fair prices and welcoming environment!

This place sells the most delicious meals! If you’re looking for something quick and good, this is the place to go! I was blown away on how good the food is here. Definitely recommend! Longmont's favorite taco shop in my opinion is this one. I am always impressed by their food and find myself eating here almost every week. The mole con pollo taco is perfect for when you're feeling adventurous, and the al pastor and carnitas tacos are fantastic if you're in the mood for something more traditional. Zero stars. Overpriced! The employees and owners think they are better than their loyal customers and disrespect them. Being that I’m bilingual I constantly hear the employees make fun of and talk badly about their customers. It makes no sense. With that being said I recommend Tacos GTO, 5280 street tacos, Marcos hot dogs, Birreria Doña Maria. Blue corn tacos do not deserve your business. Take your money else where!!!

Amazing. Everything was so fresh. We each got 2 tacos, 6 inches each on homeade blue corn tortillas. We also got their homeade queso, it was a little spicy, but great flavor. The queso came with fresh still warm blue corn tortilla chips. I wish we lived closer to go again.Someone else had the quesadilla and it looked great too, also on blue corn tortillas.Also, very responsibly priced, 4 tacos, 1 queso, tax and tip was $30.Kid-friendliness: My young daughter really enjoyed the queso and guacamole. Stopped in here because the Cat Cafe in Loveland was too expensive $60 just for my family of five to get in the door), and wanted something that caters to my gluten intolerance. I saw blue corn and taco, and knew I was in for a treat. I started with their fresh blue corn chips with a great salsa and guacamole, and then they were kind enough to make a burrito with the blue corn tortillas for no upcharge. I had the smothered chicken burrito and found the filling hot, fresh, and flavorful.
