"This restaurant is not really a sushi restaurant, but more of a fusion lounge and bar with Korean, Japanese, and Chinese influences. Unfortunately, it doesn't excel in any of these cuisines. The only reason to eat here is because of hunger, and the only positive thing I can say is that I left feeling full. The rolls were mediocre, with a shrimp tempura roll served with cold shrimp. One disappointing moment was seeing a staff member eating fresh tempura at the bar instead of serving customers. The spicy salmon roll lacked flavor and was overly topped with Sriracha. The Korean spicy wings were sticky and poorly executed. Overall, the food was neither terrible nor outstanding."

The service was very attentive and accommodating. I love sushi, and this is a great place to get some. I had the Best Friend, Playboy, and Golden Cali rolls, and all of them were delicious!

Ordered “Baked Scallop” and got some smushed rice instead of what’s supposed to be California roll. Not a single piece was holding its shape. And overall tasted like expired tuna. Very disappointing!!

Absolutely my favorite sushi restaurant in Federal way. Nice atmosphere too. High quality sushi at an affordable price. The fish is so fresh and yummy. The playboy and rainbow are my favorite. Definitely will be back! View menu

I really enjoyed the deep fried California Roll, it was incredibly delicious and amazing. The wings were decent, but I wish they didn't have sauce on them. The salad that came with the wings was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt, which was a plus.

Very nice place, friendly staff, tasty food, quiet atmosphere. The prices vary from 9 to 15 dollars per roll. I would suggest at least 2 rolls per adult to fill satisfied. Waitress 4 times asked if we wanna add anything to our order. Either was too caring, or too pushy. I felt like too pushy. Don't forget your vaccine card. They require to show it.

I came here with my father. Had an early dinner. Wasn't very busy when I came in around 5pm on a Thursday. Food was very well presented. The cost is similarly priced to many other establishments. No complaints on the taste of food or presentation. It appeared they had tons of mobile pickup orders vs in person service. Would definitely eat here again. View menu

Kids begged to get sushi for dinner. So decided to do take out since their service is horrible. There’s a hair in my ichiro roll! Eww!!! You can see it sticking out! Glad I caught it! In the garbage it goes! Yuck! Definitely do not recommend this place! I think there’s a new owner now… went in on a Thursday night, only a few other tables, so not busy… service was the worst. Rude staff. Girl brought cheap green tea made from powder. Sushi was average. Would rate negative 2 stars if I could

Overall, not bad at all! It may not be the best we've ever had, but it is far from being bad. We ordered 4 rolls and they were all tasty. The Kamikaze roll started off a little bland in flavor, but then packed a punch of heat that really surprised us. The other rolls were good, although not as flavorful as what we have had at Sushi Ari in Puyallup, which is our favorite spot. In our opinion, this restaurant is much better than Trappers. The service was a bit slow, but we understand that they may be understaffed so we don't hold it against them. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
