"Very pleasant restaurant and even though the tables appear close together, we did not feel cramped and the sound level was not too much. Our food overall was great-deviled eggs, house salad, smash burger and cuban were great. The kale/apple salad was a little overdressed for my taste and didn’t seem to have any kale but a lot of other greens. The house burger was fine. The chicken parm was a little dry. The biggest issue was the creme brulee which was brought out with no ‘brulee’! Apparently the torch was lost! These should not have been served. They were taken off our bill without an ask which was nice. Would definitely return."

This was our first visit for my wife's birthday. Nick was a very good waiter. We'll definitely be back.

Loved the ambience, amazing service and the tres leche cake was good! Background music would have been nice…just felt super quiet last night.

We had a fantastic dinner. The atmosphere was delightful, and the service was excellent—quick and efficient. Our server, Sophie, was outstanding. The food we chose was delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, and the portion sizes were just right. We will definitely be returning!

This was my first time dining here, and I've been raving about it to everyone! The ambiance is stunning, and the food was incredible. We were lucky enough to arrive during happy hour, which was a delightful surprise. Our server, Nick, was fantastic and very friendly. I highly recommend this place! View menu

Hadn't been dined there in a while and we were pleasantly surprised with the newer menu and great food. We had several of the small plates to start and the crab cakes were the best I've had in some time! Also had the Ramen and it was outstanding. Very generous size and dense with great ingredients.

Excellent evening at Blue Violet. Sophie, our server, was terrific and provided us with outstanding service. Cocktails and wine were particularly good and brought out quickly. The food servings were perfectly sized and were delicious. This was our second visit to Blue Violet, and we intend to make it a regular stop.

We have been local repeat diners. The menu has changed and doesn’t feel as unique as it had. The short ribs were actually pot roast, which always a surprise as we have had them here before and it was excellent. Not sure if this was just an off night or not. But we will return and hope it gets back to the high end experience we always seem to have. View menu

I've passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did! We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our waiter was excellent! We ordered several small plates and sandwiches, and everything was amazing. We chose sandwiches since we had so many small plates, but we can't wait to come back and try the main courses.

Server was fine initially, then slow in checking back whether or not we wanted dessert and then I has to flag him down for the check after about 20 minutes once we declined dessert. Food was great in concept, but not so much in execution. I had the crab cakes which were more like undercooked potato latkes/pancakes. Very wet and sad. Not overly exciting in taste either. The baguette with cheese and jam was more like a cheap, soft torpedo roll. The fried chicken was overcooked. The only saving game was it was happy hour so prices were good. If I had paid full price, it would have really been disappointing.
